Alongside this expedition, two biotic assets and a protection team of the local "Bastion Proklyatykh" was assigned to provide assistance. Their objective was to investigate the nearby QZ to sweep the area for the root cause of the transmission failure within the area. The protection team consisted of; STICK-2, UNION-05, HELIX-03, HELIX-21, RAZOR-6 and HELIX-69. Upon entering the quarantine zone, connection with the OCIN network was cut, leaving the expedition in the dark, details are spotty from survivor reports. What we do know however is that the expedition leader, Johnathan Wilde alongside HELIX-03 were the only two survivors from the protection team and original expedition. HELIX-03 was found subsequently wandering outlands before being taken into custody by a patrol of Overwatch delegates headed by PHANTOM-42, medical attention was given by the patrol before returned to C-53 for interrogation. What mental affects this will have on HELIX-03's capabilities has yet to be seen. Recommended for immediate transfer to City-31. |

UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS WILL RESULT IN CAPITAL PROSECUTION. ::> On the date of 25/09/20, City-62 came under siege by an unknown necrotic force, similar to those having been engaged by Transhuman Forces within the City-53 Quarantine Zone, to which no relenting has been given yet. Captain BREACHER-11 notified the 'Viimeinen hegenveto' Platoon of City-62 of Transhuman withdrawal, stating he would return for any survivors before his own extraction. The remaining survivors headed by VICE-77 and YELLOW-5 alongside remaining conscripted assets remained, holding out with what little resources they had left. On the date of 27/09/20, it is reported that sightings of free biotics alongside autonomous Civil Protection units were picked up on remaining CCTV within the city, VICE-77 and YELLOW-5 having allied with local resistance fighters and with surviving citizens that were unable to evacuate in time. After thorough investigation it was confirmed that these units were lead by autonomous unit HELIX-03, or more commonly referred to as 'Oh-Three'. Initially their intentions were unclear to local forces, only opening up about their true intents on the 29th. On the date of 29/09/20, it was reported that after a thorough sweep of the city, it was made established that a remnant of resistance forces led by APB; Aava 'Snowstorm' Antillia were in possession of a nuclear warhead. After a mutual agreement made by VICE-77, YELLOW-5 and 'Oh-Three', the survivors banded together in their alliance to assault the focal point of the infestation, arming the warhead whilst suffering heavy casualties with both biotics expiring in the fighting. A small raft was also picked up exiting via the city canals. Shortly after, the city was rocked by an explosion any survivors outside having surely expired if they were not within the city's nuclear shelter. Following the detonation, it was reported that BREACHER-11 returned to the city ahead of Transhuman forces to recover VICE-77 and YELLOW-5 as well as remaining survivors to re-induct them into civilian life, offering full pardons and retirement to any autonomous units present. To which all survivors refused. This site was allegedly owned by one "Dave Moonrise" to which after thorough analysis was determined to not exist. After several hours all traffic from ground units; JURY-35, KING-5 & PATROL-54 were cut suddenly with no further traffic for two days. After an unknown event, OCIN connection was re-established with sensors detecting Anticitizen-One, designation Nataliya Sokolova, A.K.A Oh-Three was detected with the Biosignal loss of PATROL-54. After re-establishing connection a full strike was organized by members of the Overwatch Synthetic Arm, Overwatch Transhuamn Arm with parasitic artillery support. Once Elite Delegates were deployed, the bodies of Moonrise, PATROL-54 and autonomous unit JURY-36. Discovery of remaining survivors including Director Clark Gable, several P1-OB's and Anticitizen Sokolova. Transhuman delegates issued an ultimatum of surrender and re-integration which was denied when autonomous unit UNION-20 deserviced EOW WINDER-50, resulting in a firefight breaking out between the survivors and ground units, but not before Anticitizen Aava 'Snowstorm' Antillia appeared with a portal of Biotic origin with all remaining survivors fleeing through.
