Old world blues
Our world has gone through some pretty big changes over the past few years, this website was created in order to keep a record of what the old world was like for future generations to learn from. Users of this website are highly encouraged to post their favorite things about the old world and embrace the nostalgia!
About me:
My name is Terrance, you can call me Terry, I'm 87 years old. I lived in Texas before the old world ended, I learned how to use computers from my granddaughter who passed away during the liberation of Earth.
This is me!
I don't know much about web design so this website might not look all that great, learning how to use computers was hard enough, but these new citizen terminals can be hard to work with!
Why create this website?
I feel it is important to keep a record of history, if we forget the bad things in history, they could end up repeating! I also really like talking with other nostalgia-holics like myself, my bum leg has made it hard to get out and socialize, so chatting on the web is the most I can do!
What do I miss about the old world?
I miss taking my grandkids to McDonald's, as unhealthy as it was, it's sad knowing I won't be able to see their faces light up like that ever again.
