I appreciate the fact that game masters can create custom items with the nifty new menu, but there's a serious problem that has become of such.

Unlike before when GMs used the / command to make custom items, all items made now are added to the large manifest of all items on the server. Before, you would just make as many of such custom items as you need and that would be that. But now, the items made have been absolutely clogging the menu to the brim with items that will more than likely never see much use outside of their original purpose. I understand they can just be deleted but people are not doing that and it has caused a great deal of confusion when trying to glance at the items list.

What I think would be swell is if there was an option on that new menu we have to either have the item that you create be a one-time item or something that's added to the manifest. Or just add the original method back but call it something like /createsinglecustomitem or something. Anything to clean up the item list would be nice.

Most custom items are single-use for specific events. I agree there should be an option to just create the item once and not add to the (already) massive list of items.

yeah, the custom scripts menu lags when you open it, and if we delete anything from it, players will lose items, we need a way to make one time use custom items

Custom items will return eventually. Currently not a priority. Moving to denied until a better, non DB corruptible approach is found.
