Another thing that Hiros accidentally left out.
If you want, if you are accepted, you can choose a character to be forcefully conscripted into OTA. Either a rebel character, loyalist character, citizen, etc. However, here are some guiding rules.
- It must be unwilling.
- Your character cannot know about it beforehand.
- If you are a rebel, you must set something up with CT and OTA leads. Your capture will lead to your inevitable conscription after CivPro finishes w/ your character.
- If you are a loyalist, notify OTA leads and your respectable faction leads should you be in a faction.
- If you are a citizen, simply notify OTA leads.
- You did not apply to join OTA (ICly), unless using one of the various rewards by Civil Protection or the Conscript faction.
- You must provide us with your character's name, CID, and collaborator status if applicable.
Remember, do not notify us that you want to conscript a character until your application is approved OOCly.

For any future applicants, the following has been changed.
- - You may apply for an OTA whitelist, provided you have the correct whitelists while having a notable rebel/vortigaunt character. However, you must inform me, or future OTA leads of your status, primarily through your application. You are no longer required to ask permission.
