Player BMDs are an application based role for your rebel character. It is a trusted position in which you are given the exclusive opportunity to purchase goods such as weapons, meds, armour and more to then sell on for a profit. On this thread, you will find information on BMDs, OOC BMD rules & the application format.
BMD Information:
When you are accepted, you will be given a whitelist called "Black Market Dealer." This is its own player class, like CWU, CP, OTA, etc. Player BMDs are in charge of purchasing and selling supplies to other rebels for profit and coordinating missions between rebels. They are typically aligned with one of the in-lore rebel factions and can sell exclusive gear.
Shipments:
Shipments of supplies can be requested IC by talking to one of the admin/CT played BMDs or ordered via an IC channel on Discord. There are supply limits in place and you will need to be trustworthy enough IC to purchase certain items. They can be picked up at several hidden locations.
BMD Rules:
1) There can only be one BMD per rebel group.
2) If you are PK'd, you will lose the whitelist. You are welcome to apply again on a new character.
3) Inactivity for more than 2 weeks without LOA notice will result in removal.
4) You may only use an existing character to apply for BMD. No exceptions.
5) Self supply is fully forbidden and carries OOC punishments. This counts for yourself and your group. To expand on this, this means abusing your BMD whitelist to simply arm yourself and your friends for free or at an extreme discount. While IC this might make little sense, OOCly this is necessary for gameplay balance. You can still sell to your own group at normal prices however, provided you don't exclusively sell to your own group.
6) Although you are given the whitelist, you may not create new BMD characters from the character creation menu. If caught doing this, it will result in immediate removal and blacklist from further BMD characters.
7) Any server infraction as a BMD, on your BMD character or not, will result in your removal at the discretion of BMD managers. Metagaming/metabaiting will always result in your immediate removal and permanent blacklist.
8) If your RP quality is considered subpar after you have already been accepted to the whitelist, you may still be removed from your position.

Rebel Representative
As a rebel representative (rebel rep) you join other rebel reps in discussing potential changes or issues that the rebel scene is facing. You'll often be in a direct line of contact with staff and combine faction leaders, and will be expected to be a role-model for the rebel scene. While the representative scene works akin to a 'council' in regards to votes and lengthy discussions, all members are equally important.
It is requested that you have a microphone so you can join in on VC meetings but it's not a strict requirement.
To become a rebel rep you don't need to be the leader of any group, though it may help your application if you are the leader of a group.

BOL/AC Removal:
The following may or may not apply to the current RP setting, so please speak to BMD management, staff or the server council before making an application.
For those within the resistance with a BOL or AC status, please use the following format to make an application for its removal. Do note that only under special circumstances can this apply:
1) The server narrative allows for the removal of the aforementioned status types, to allow for more RP
2) A PK appeal request was made and accepted, rendering the BOL/AC status gained mute and non applicable (Explain why this would be the case in your application)
3) Metagame from another player caused your own to get BOL/AC (Explain how this happened in your application)

Reason for BOL/AC Removal (See above reasons for possible removal and select one):
New role:
- Run Quests/Tasks of your own making/design with help from CT/Staff, or even yourself if you can. We can organize temp permissions on Expo server at least.
- Sell/Buy gear for the Resistance. Aka, you get to run the economy from a vendor (Temporarily) until v2.5 update.
- Create goals for the resistance and send that up to NT (Narrative Team) who can get the goal running and working for you.
- And well, until V2.5, basically just there to help keep Resistance going and give people a purpose so we don't just twiddle thumbs all day. Or shoot CP #245252121 each minute.
