This feedback slot is entirely open, feel free to voice concerns or praises about what you experienced.

I am already aware of the elevator problem please do not mention that in the concerns, it won't help me make future expeditions better.

I had tons of fun in this event i dont really have much to complain about, nothing really went wrong on my end, the event couldn't have gone any better thank you devi for this amazing event! much love!

8/10
I liked the event, sad my character died.
-2 automatically for it not at least slightly being a passive RP event
-0 but still considered for not being multi-day

A VERY interesting expo worth not getting the regular 8 hour sleep for. It was fun. The story made sense and the impact on main / willard world is there. Yes people got pk'd but they didn't instantly go to the Willard main menu but get given a choice to work as the rot.

The finally was a bit dodgy obviously because of devistral on his event character leaving the other 12 or so including how ass the actual elevators were. bluh bluh bluh shit happens

The stealth worked smoothly however sometimes it'd bug out ending up with a fuckin catastrophy of pain considering most NPCs went through armour completely so only OTA could really out pain the pain train.

I'd like to see the stealth technique used more as it was really interesting and fun in some segments.

NPC wise they were balanced. You could kill them fast enough but if you didn't you'd get punished. Some of them might have been a bit tanky like the spider robot flesh creature or the guy that hangs himself with two arms slamming down as they had a massive AOE that did crazy damage especially to OTA.

update the expo server so it's more up-to-date. Will cause transfer issues.

This didn't feel like nightmare difficulty.

The minister told everyone to wait except a small group that was escorting him, which caused mass confusion about who was supposed to be escaping and how. Then he takes the elevator without waiting for it to be filled, and when it finally comes back down everyone apparently didn't make it in time and was PKed? This isn't even the fault of the elevator glitch. There wasn't nearly enough time to get out. Really sloppy ending, but I enjoyed the rest of it. Gave me a headache from how dark it was but I guess that's just how it is.

ending could've been better, otherwise the rest of it was pretty awesome, reply above explains it why^^

A good 7/10.

Very little interactive, and very-much just a shoot-fest, but that was by-and-large expected.

I believe it may have been better to have some more depth- certain people apparently tried Roleplaying with the Minister and not getting far.

Still, however, fun. I fired probably less than 200 bullets the entire time due to the Conscript's route we went, but didn't affect that fun rating :)

i played xray-403, one of the cops that survived.

the good

concept of a hvt mission wasn't all that unique but it still managed to hit most of the right notes in practice. the hvt didn't play too much of a role and i liked having to figure out where to go with the others. it made for quite a few tense moments, especially in the beginning and when we first discovered the elevator. the freakout with that fight was real and it was well done in terms of proportionality.

map did what it needed to do -- seem endless and like a maze. in some segments, it was horrifying. in others, especially when the lights started returning, comforting. overall, not much to write home about. given the general state of the expo, i'd say it's good.

the implementation of mechanics and enemies was well done. the sh2 enemies were certainly a choice but i think they added to the experience as opposed to having detracted from it as a lot of expo enemies do. the stealth did feel optional given the fact that we were able to blow away anything with ease, but this is moreso an issue with the gms going easy on us.

the ambience and lack of music was really well done too, even if the latter wasn't intentional.

the bad

the reactor bit felt a bit clunky. i expected more from the reactor getting started up, not just one wave of enemies. i was certain that there would be a need for us to do something directly to influence it, not just sit there and wait. nonetheless, i understand wanting to give people an opportunity to relax and char dev before the finale, so i cant blame the gms too much on this one.

i think there was too much ammunition and gear handed out to the players, especially in the latter parts. conscripts having like 10 boxes of assault rifle ammo cant make you feel too terrified, even if you're facing the biggest and baddest monster -- because you know that you have enough bullets to arm a small country.

now my first real criticism comes of the ending. the ending, as much as the rest of the expo was well written, felt messy and rushed. the hvt told only a few to go with them and run, while the rest would have to wait... while the countdown started, meaning that a lot of people were confuse don where to go. granted, i was part of the team escorting the hvt, so my character got out but i wouldnt have liked to been one of the people left behind -- aka a majority of the players. it led to like 90% of the attendees getting wiped out because they were confused, the elevator bugged out or they got stuck on leftover ragdolls and items. i certainly understand and sympathize with the frustration some had.

the epilogue and handling of the event on the main server was a total miss imo. it kind of felt like a middle finger to start it even though there were people reporting timeouts and being unable to rejoin. narratively, having a giant nuke (a second one on i24!) erupt, start a curfew and then do nothing was just another problem that fits this server. giant day disrupting events that serve no actual purpose or way to include regular citizens.

final thoughts

i generally enjoyed the expo and have a decent opinion of it despite its shortcomings. i think it has a good template that should be built upon in the future, especially by this team. the horror was well done even if a bit cheesy in some places, although i certainly wish that endings and player participation in them would be rethought next time something is tried. my rating is in line with @tsaoT, so ill give it a 7/10
