This is the fourth week straight that Dispatch and her goons forgot about us in the middle of this god-forsaken city. She sent us a new batch of FNG Officers just before she cut communications with us, and let me tell you, these fuckers are a hand full. We must've gotten' the rejects from Civil Protection 'School'. Constantly walkin' into the wrong places where they shouldn't be, playing pranks, the sorts. They obviously lack discipline so it's no wonder they got sent to a place we call 'The End of the Line'. Their careers, much like ours, are over.

To tack onto all of this, there have been reports of anomalous activity within our area. We didn't know what kind until a sudden blizzard decided to roll over and the guys we send topside to secure the entrance report seein' shadows and such out the corners of their eyes, alongside the feeling that someone or something is watching them... I'm sure it's just their nerves being on edge due to the low visibility and shit, but it makes me wonder... They only started reporting this once the storm came in, so perhaps something came with it? I dunno'... All I know is that this storm has seemingly never moved off our radars for the past three weeks and we're unable to leave the area, or risk death to the storm and exogens/necrotic that litter the area around us... I sigh... I just hope Dispatch remembers us and sends us aid, as otherwise, I doubt we'll make it...

CP-TRAUMA 3-3 is being sent out to investigate a Civil Protection Outpost that has gone dark within' the past few weeks, missing their bi-weekly check-in with Dispatch. The Trauma team's job is to go in, ascertain the situation, and make the best course of judgment based on what they find.

Their Objectives are as follows:
1.) Ascertain the Location of the Outpost.
2.) Ascertain the status of Civil Protection forces inside of the Outpost.
3.) Scuttle or get the Outpost back up and running should either be a possibility.

CP-TRAUMA 3-3 will be given any and all resources needed to deal with the situation at hand. They will not be going in with Class 2 City Equipment.

Any and all questions can be filed and sent to your retrospective case officer.

A conflicted yet extremely effective and competent Civil Protector Functionary. She is an avid tech enthusiast with an Engineering degree and a Marine father's upbringing. With rebellious punk years past her. U-7 now only cares to provide the best living conditions for her little brother by enlisting in the Civil Protection Program, though is deeply conflicted about the evil that runs in Universal Union's veins. And after loosing much of her squad, they still appear, just the at the border of her vision. And vanishing quickly as their appeared. How long will this go on?

Wright has gone trough different versions. Though now, she is merely a conflicted woman, who's haunted by all the people she's lost after INITIATIVE. And a bad case of survivors guilt.

Before he put on the uniform he was working as an aid in one of the many shops across Victory. He's sworn to protect his friends who still roam the streets at the cost of his own freedom.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF YOUR CIVIL PROTECTION OFFICER: U-9 is a Scotsman, he joined Civil Protection after having friends he made in the city he was recently relocated to, murdered by rebels for what, U-9 believes to be, no reason ever since then U-9 watched his fellow Citizens get murdered by rebel bombs and shootings, after realising the rebels didn't care about freedom more so just an excuse to take human life, he signed up. He has had squad mates and even his RL killed. After time and time again U-9 stopped caring about rebels and began to focus more on making civilian life bearable and safe.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF YOUR CIVIL PROTECTION OFFICER:
A Chinese Civil Protection Officer who hails from City 29, Singapore. His attitude to the general public is not unlike the masses of others, being fairly indifferent or uncaring towards most. But towards his fellow colleagues, especially his squad mates, is where his antics tend to flare up. Well trained from his service time in City 29, he mostly follows the stereotypical path of a gun toting American, favouring the options that possess 'More Firepower'. Though that is to say he isn't stupid, or illogical.
