Section One
  • What did you enjoy the most about the events?
  • You gave me one hell of a night to remember. It was perfect.

  • What did you least enjoy most about the events?
NOT ENOUGH HELL and that my timezone was physically fucked (I stayed up till 4:00am GMing this, but it was worth the death of many neurotransmitters.)

  • Did you / did you not like how long the event lasted for?
  • It lasted six hours. I'm half dead, half life typing this. Don't want to write paragraphs, so help me god please don't make me do that in the morning's night.
Section Two
  • Was the starting time preferable for you?
    No.

  • Were the Event's Staff helpful or unhelpful?
Super hard to coordinate with a team in the dead of night with a family sleeping all around you.

  • Did you like your preferred role?
I got to scare people and seriously fuck with players never thought possible.

  • Who do you believe excelled in their position in the roleplay?
  • Everyone who physically turned INSANE.
Section Three
  • What do you wish to see in the future?
I want this event to have a sequel. That's what I want to see.

  • What do you not wish to see in the future?
My timezone deciding I shouldn't stay alive to play this event. Maybe we can try not to play this event running ourselves down like zombies.

  • In an honest opinion, how would you rate the event in its entirety?
    10/10. I'm not joking.

Section Four
  • Do you believe the ending is satisfying to you after all of the events you have participated in (even if you only participated for one or two events)?
YESH, because I'm the one that wrote it Noh did very well.

  • Would you participate in other elements of specific event arcs again, based on our interpretation of the Half Life universe?
Anomalous things should be more prevalent in HL2RP. It's all about how far and crazy you can go without killing your source material. It was more than reasonable.
    • Do you have any suggestions if it is a yes?
Keep going. I will GM this event with you at times like this again if I must.

Section One
  • What did you enjoy the most about the events? The team we payed with, you guys all did amazing, it was insane to see how different each character was!
  • What did you least enjoy most about the events? The length/starting time, I’m in the same boat as rad unfortunately, I believe it was worth staying up till 4am but not optimal
  • Did you / did you not like how long the event lasted for? Not really, I wouldn’t mind if it started earlier (time zone moment)
Section Two
  • Was the starting time preferable for you? Correlating with previous answers no
  • Were the Event's Staff helpful or unhelpful? Helpful the staff playing as the suppressor was Chad enough to help me throw his corpse into a fire
  • Did you like your preferred role? Abso-fucking-lutly playing as Petrov wielding an SVD while progressively getting more tired and hence pushing that onto the char
  • Who do you believe excelled in their position in the roleplay? The team in its entirety but more specifically SGT Dunn, he was a loyal soldier and I trusted him with my life
Section Three
  • What do you wish to see in the future? A second part would be amazing haha
  • What do you not wish to see in the future? Staying up till 4am
  • In an honest opinion, how would you rate the event in its entirety? There are not enough numbers to signify how much I enjoyed that event I’m so happy I signed up to and stuck with it till the end!
Section Four
  • Do you believe the ending is satisfying to you after all of the events you have participated in (even if you only participated for one or two events)? The slight sillyness added something I loved to the ending it felt really satisfying imo
  • Would you participate in other elements of specific event arcs again, based on our interpretation of the Half Life universe? Without hesitation
    • Do you have any suggestions if it is a yes? Not really at the moment
That was fucking amazing, thank you to the staff team that put it together you are mega chads

Section One

  • What did you enjoy the most about the events?
The OTA portion was insanely fun and unique. Any moments that transition to "EVERYTHING NEXT HAPPENS IC" forces you to pay attention and makes it way more enjoyable.
  • What did you least enjoy most about the events?
The moments of downtime after arriving to a new location. Oftentimes it resulted in watching an angle while the higher-ups talked, and resulted in some mediocre roleplay. It improved once we arrived at the power grid compound, though, as characters were starting to go crazy at that point.
  • Did you / did you not like how long the event lasted for?
It was definitely long, but I personally didn't mind. You become way more invested with the other characters when you manage to survive for long enough beside them.

Section Two

  • Was the starting time preferable for you?
Yes, due to my timezone being Pacific Standard. It was only around 3pm when the event started, so it was perfect for me.
  • Were the Event's Staff helpful or unhelpful?
Noh managed to keep things clear and steady throughout the event, at least for me!
  • Did you like your preferred role?
I enjoyed playing the annoyingly scared private. In fact, a majority of the characters in the event provided a rather fun experience.

Who do you believe excelled in their position in the roleplay?
  • Genuinely, I feel like everyone in the event provided a solid character to bounce back off of. The ones who shined were definitely @Furious, @Laura, and @Landon.

Section Three

  • What do you wish to see in the future?
More implementation of active threats, where even a slight error could mean 'game over' for a participant.
  • What do you not wish to see in the future?
  • Staying at non-fruitful or boring locations for an extended period of time.
  • In an honest opinion, how would you rate the event in its entirety?
I actually thoroughly enjoyed this event. There were a few moments of backtracking and being lost, but it really only serviced the narrative in a positive way. It got pretty silly towards the end, but what matters the most is that it was FUN. I'd give the event a 7.5/10.

Section Four

  • Do you believe the ending is satisfying to you after all of the events you have participated in (even if you only participated for one or two events)?
The conclusion was a little rushed, and it feels like there could be a potential for a shorter, more passive-intensive sequel, where the surviving characters are confronted with what they just experienced. Especially following the teamkilling of two friendlies.
  • Would you participate in other elements of specific event arcs again, based on our interpretation of the Half Life universe?
    • Do you have any suggestions if it is a yes?
100%. The narratives I've experienced so far in Willard Networks have been extremely solid. Balancing seriousness and fun to events is difficult, and even though this one teetered towards the latter, it still managed to keep it at least somewhat grounded, not venturing too deep into complete nonsense.

Thank you for the fun experience, @Noh and @Imperator RAD-X!

  • What did you enjoy the most about the events? The freedom and mostly the team dynamic
  • What did you least enjoy most about the events? The time when everyone stay still for like 20 min talking about nonsense ( wasn't that bad tho)
  • Did you / did you not like how long the event lasted for? I liked that it lasted long but, there were parts where the pacing needed to get faster
Section Two
  • Was the starting time preferable for you? Yes very good time especially since its a friday
  • Were the Event's Staff helpful or unhelpful? Very Helpful
  • Did you like your preferred role? Yup
  • Who do you believe excelled in their position in the roleplay? Hm, I would have to say @MikeyMoe With going insane and shit really fun
Section Three
  • What do you wish to see in the future? More events like this
  • What do you not wish to see in the future? less events like this
  • In an honest opinion, how would you rate the event in its entirety? 8/10
Section Four
  • Do you believe the ending is satisfying to you after all of the events you have participated in (even if you only participated for one or two events)?
  • The end was pretty good so yes.
  • Would you participate in other elements of specific event arcs again, based on our interpretation of the Half Life universe?
  • 100%
    • Do you have any suggestions if it is a yes?
    • Something to do with science or just townsfolk during the portals, even like wastelanders exploring. Shit would be fun

Section One
  • What did you enjoy the most about the events: The thing I enjoy the most about the event was probably the beginning to be honest, the bunker part was really fun as well but I really enjoyed the concept of a little Russian conscript squad moving through the cold and trying to survive from alien attacks as they slowly move towards there objective.

  • What did you least enjoy most about the events: It isn't a big complaint but there was some parts where one squad got to do something really cool and the other just said there on look out. Down is great and all because it allows passive RP but sometimes it's hard to do that passive RP because when I went to type a hound eye could of came out from the snow storm and killed me.

  • Did you / did you not like how long the event lasted for: The event lasted a long time but it didn't feel that long, it was enjoyable and kept your interest.
Section Two
  • Was the starting time preferable for you: It was right as I got home so it was fine. I kind of had to rush onto the server but it was fine.

  • Were the Event's Staff helpful or unhelpful: The staff took my tickets really quickly and let us do things with liberty.

  • Did you like your preferred role: I thought it was fun to play a soldier that went insane from being trapped inside a strange bunker with ghosts and spirits and he eventually went insane.

  • Who do you believe excelled in their position in the roleplay: I think I could of done better at roleplaying in the event, but at the end of the day we are all learning and improving our roleplay and I thought that I kind of dragged some things on and next time I'll try to be more direct.
Section Three
  • What do you wish to see in the future: I want to see more interesting ideas like whenever you had the ghosts and spirits and it was super confusing and ominous. It was actually very strange and creepy and I really enjoyed it.
  • What do you not wish to see in the future: The only thing I don't want to see in the future is probably just downtime that is boring, I know to have a good military experience you kind of need that realism of locking down areas and just holding angles while other people do stuff, but it's not the must fun, but it does give people time to talk and explore their characters more.

  • In an honest opinion, how would you rate the event in its entirety: Beginning a solid 8/10. Great roleplay, great character introduction, good rising action, good overall, a little bit too much downtime but it was good. Middle part 8/10 again, really good roleplay, good atmosphere and good story telling, ending 9/10. The ending was crazy with monsters, the train getting fixed and bullets and grenades flying, loads of fun.
Section Four
  • Do you believe the ending is satisfying to you after all of the events you have participated in (even if you only participated for one or two events): The ending was satisfying it was a good ending with a good climax and a real good cliffhanger for the next part.

  • Would you participate in other elements of specific event arcs again, based on our interpretation of the Half Life universe: Yes I would love to explore more and different elements of half life and new and interesting ideas and plots/stories.
    • Do you have any suggestions if it is a yes: You could make another part of this event, where the monsters escaped into Russia and have begun to claim land around the bunker and the military or rebels have to deal with them before they spread. They would have to fight the weather and the enemy, all while staying fed and not dying.

Section One
  • What did you enjoy the most about the events?
  • Having the creative freedom to spook the socks off of connies as a ghost
  • What did you least enjoy most about the events?
  • Having to eventually use said ghost as a makeshift wall to prevent other players from progressing
  • (The map was confusing and could've used direction- this added to the atmosphere, but grew a bit annoying)
  • Did you / did you not like how long the event lasted for?
  • Since god blessed me with being American the time was not an issue and I was actively engaged through most of the event
  • (beginning was empty but that was a given since I'm an actor)
Section Two
  • Was the starting time preferable for you?
  • A time that accommodates for 3-11 PM Central Time

  • Were the Event's Staff helpful or unhelpful?
  • Noh and Rad-X were fantastic to co-ordinate and roleplay with, able to do creative on-the-spot improvisation with no problem.
  • Did you like your preferred role?
  • Yes.

  • Who do you believe excelled in their position in the roleplay?
  • It would be hard to say, everyone was so unique in this event it felt alive, If I was to handpick? Rad-X; Conscripted by Noh into the server, he immediately got into the groove of the event- Employing undeniably interesting scenarios on an already improvised plan, Coming from both an IC and OOC standpoint.
  • (I hate that you had to make me choose, there we're so many interesting characters in this event)

Section Three
  • What do you wish to see in the future?
Ghost-induced PTSD
  • What do you not wish to see in the future?
  • An overstepping in boundaries.
  • In an honest opinion, how would you rate the event in its entirety?
One of the best I've attended, even with the c*nscripts taking part in it.

9/10

Section Four
  • Do you believe the ending is satisfying to you after all of the events you have participated in (even if you only participated for one or two events)?
  • Definitely could've been a worse ending.
  • Would you participate in other elements of specific event arcs again, based on our interpretation of the Half Life universe?
    • Sure
    • Do you have any suggestions if it is a yes?
    • Make more anomalous and mysterious events like this- but don't go overboard- There was a fine line of reality being walked in this event, but like trapeze artists; these players danced around it like they were born with keyboards in their hands. Just keep it fun.

Section One
  • What did you enjoy the most about the events?: I liked the concept that the Conscripts were teetering on the line of insanity, and attempting to scramble for some form of normalcy in the area.
  • What did you least enjoy most about the events?: Probably how confusing the map was, it (from the looks of it) had been super large and complex. Though, it kind of added to the hectic feel of it all.
  • Did you / did you not like how long the event lasted for?: I think the event may of lasted a bit too long, but it wasn't too bad because at the end it was a enjoyable experience all the way through.
Section Two
  • Was the starting time preferable for you?: The original starting time would've made me a little bit late, but when it was delayed it allowed me to show up.
  • Were the Event's Staff helpful or unhelpful?: Helpful.
  • Did you like your preferred role?: I enjoyed my role as a Corporal turned insane due to the circumstances, and liked how me and Maximo were allowed to come back after being friendly-downed so we could plot some sort of revenge behind the scenes.
  • Who do you believe excelled in their position in the roleplay?: This is really, really hard to say because everyone did great. I honestly can't choose.
Section Three
  • What do you wish to see in the future?: A second part (obviously.)
  • What do you not wish to see in the future?: No second part (obviously.)
  • In an honest opinion, how would you rate the event in its entirety?: 9/10, loved the event.
Section Four
  • Do you believe the ending is satisfying to you after all of the events you have participated in (even if you only participated for one or two events)?: The ending was pretty neat, albeit it happened pretty suddenly.
  • Would you participate in other elements of specific event arcs again, based on our interpretation of the Half Life universe?: Definitely.
    • Do you have any suggestions if it is a yes?: Maybe more stuff including the 'Anomaly zone', but it doesn't primarily have to be about ghosts. Just overall supernatural things would be neat.
