This is a small fix for a basic issue, we are able to edit notes on our computers, why not the medical records? It is annoying to write out a full report and realising a typo or a missing information when you hit the submit button, also as the situation of some patients are dynamic and ambiguous at best, it is a good idea to be able to edit the existing ones instead of writing a fresh record or filling the notes (which are there to keep the CMU personel organized, not the patient datas) with texts about patients.
If the concern is that some people would manipulate the existing data in an IC situation, any compitent roleplayer that is able to reason clearly should know that the edits and previous versions of the records are saved in at least the database of Universal Union and would not dare to use it for their advantage, knowing very well that it will get consequences both OOC and IC.
Reason of Edit: Typos **Wink wink**
