Bug Overhead Chat pop up stays visible out of range

It's as the title says. Disappears when they get "in range" for it to not display, but after a certain distance it pops back up and you can track people through the map with it. Thankfully this only happens to people who speak near you, it's not global all over the map.

Unable to reproduce. Think this was fixed as per my comment on all the other bugs relating to this.
