Accepted Owner of Container Lock to be able to change password

This suggestion originates from the function of my store where i change container locks rather often to my pickup containers so i know who has access regularly.

However i am sure that other players would also want to have the ability at hand to change password without the need of an admin.

Changing passwords for containers is a highly menial task for staff, i could see the need for changing locks tanking the admin tickets.

Here is an example of an annoying event as a business manager which could be solved by this suggestion.

I employ a worker, i give them access to our business container - then minutes later i see them breaking laws which leads to me resigning them.

I now need to call for an admin to change the locks, and it is just such a tiny task that is made into a staff ticket.

Personally id tie this to the original owner of the lock, so that only the OWNER of the padlock can change the password.

This prevents someone from knowing the password and then changing the password to something else, especially in Corpu's case.
