LOVES I ADMIRES I RESPECTS I BEST FRIEND I FRIEND I NEUTRAL I DISTRUSTS I DISLIKES I HATES I FEARS I DECEASED I |

| City 24 District 43 | This was the first place in the City Twenty-Four Influence area I was transferred to. I was only there for about three to four weeks before they decided to Total Rendition us. During the blackout we had for a week, I found my purpose, and I vowed to better myself and to contribute towards the Union. We're being transferred back. I thought Heartwick wanted us out of that district; perhaps he had a change of heart? | |
| |
| The Metro | Most of this was a blur to me. We found a combine outpost and sat there for a few weeks until we found our way out. We were instructed to be neutral with the insurgents, but but I heard that didn't last long. Tyrant was there? | |
| City 24 District 11 | Probably the most boring posting I've been in. Insurgent activity was at an all time low so a lot of the ground units turned to fighting each other... so much for being a brotherhood. This district is where I got promoted to Rank Leader... I hope to do good |

| | | My Other Family | | | Now these people, I consider them my Brother and Sisters from another mother. They are what keep me going on, they are the real friends in this lifetime that I've never had before |
| | | Barret Holland | | | Barret, you are what I call a true friend. I still remember when you first arrived in District 43 and I gave you a tour. During the Blackout, I got to know you and your story. Your journey to reunite with your sons is admirable. You are a Hard Worker. |

| The Drifters | All of us were drifters once, relocated from city to city in an endless cycle. Some of us have found purpose in this new life and others haven't. |
| | | Karen Fleet | | | Karen was the first person I spoke to when I arrived in District 43, she gave me a tour of the district. My first work shift in the district was with her. However things changed, it all started when she got a job with that Bonk Soda Man. It got worse after, she made false reports against people including some of my friends. I remember the first day all of us arrived in District 9, I saw a Civil Protection Officer carrying her dead body. If you ask me, she got what was coming, good riddance. |
| | | James Dinerd | | | James... You were a good friend back in District 43, we had lots of good talks in Nik's Bar, you had a worker's mindset, you wanted to work for the Civil Workers Union and you got the job, though you lost it pretty quick. Halfway through the blackout, we became more distanced. Once we arrived in District 9, we didn't talk much you started to act differently. It all came to an end when I saw you hanging on the end of a rope in Residental Block. |
| | Nikolas Volpis | | Nik, you are a good man. Your bar was one of the best attractions in District 43, it's a shame that business has slowed down since the relocation. However, I heard you conspire with Felix to attack Karen Fleet. You joined the Overwatch Standard Forces, however, you don't even want to commit to the force. What was worse is you kept pestering me and Barret to join, good thing we didn't. I heard you joined the Legislative Assembly. I just hope you don't become a crook like the politicians of the old world. You may have some flaws however I am glad to call you my friend, just keep running that bar, will ya? |
| Agaro Wuffalo | Agaro, what a name. I remember you when it was my second day in District 43, you caused a big commotion in Agatha's Bakery, I was laughing the whole night when I went back to my unit. I never saw you after the Relocation, I hope you are well wherever you are. |
| Ishaan Mumbai | I only saw you during the Blackout in District 43, you gave me a Hat to wear during the cold and fed me. I thank you for that and wish you the best, wherever you are. During my time on patrol I have seen you once more. It is good to see that you are alive |

| | The Workers | | The Civil Workers Union, are the real Working Class people of the cities, without them, the entire city would grind to a halt. However, that's not to say that some of the people in the CWU are Scumbags, they only want the paycheck when it comes to their work ethic, they are shit! |
| Nicholas Carter | The head Honcho of the CWU. I haven't spoken to him a lot, just some greetings when I see him during shift |
| Lisa Jay Washington | You processed my application to the CWU and hired me. I haven't seen you since my first day at work |
| Maxim Kowal | Max, you are my other supervisor, and you also have taught me valuable skills. I wish you the best of luck |
| Damarco Hikins | You are my Supervisor in City Restoration. You taught me valuable skills while on the job, I thank you for that, I hope you aren't too stressed out since I have left the Workers Union to pursue my goal |
| Arthur Eastgate | Arthur, we both have had our fair share of work shifts. You are a good Worker, I heard about the burns you sustained during that one call. I hope you are feeling better |
| | The Trucking Guy | | You told me to look into a crate and I saw a Garden Gnome in it, next thing I knew you knocked me out. I got Gnomed! Regardless, "The Protectors" caught up to you and shot you like a dog, I hope you rot in Hell! |
| | Dimitry Dobrovolskiy | | Dimitry, like some of the other workers you are one of the good ones. I just wished like some of the other guys, that we talked more. |
| | Deyan Markovich | | Deyan, I don't know how you put up with all the bullshit shop owners at the DOB desk, it's a skill that I respect. You work well, and hopefully, you become a Senior Worker one Day so the Shop owners stop bitching at you |
| Warren Goodwin | I feel like I haven't talked to you enough warren, it's unfortunate. |
| Mustafa Kahraman | Mustafa, I've only seen you a handful of times. Our interactions are strictly work-related |
| | Marvin Eckles | | Marv, you're a tough son of a bitch, surviving that explosion in the Infestation Zone took some guts. I'm glad to have someone like you at my side whenever we work together |
| | Ferdinando Federico Anotidashe | | With a name like that, how can I forget about you? We've worked together and shared a drink. |
| Fritz Hermann | Fritz the Geezer, for your age you are a hard worker. You remind me of my instructor back in Trade school, you have lots of wisdom and I was glad to hear it from time to time. I hope you do well in the BRI |

| The Healers | The Doctors, treat everyone, regardless of your status. They are respectable people. |
| Jenifer Maesroe | You patched me up on more than one occasion and saved my life both times. Though it is your job to save lives, I am indebted to you. You are now a minister, but you are still keeping your humanity. I have only interacted with you a couple of times since my new duties keep my occupied. |
| Heinrich Tischner | I don't really know much about you, you're a doctor, that's all. |

| | The Protectors | | The Peacekeepers of the Cities, some of you I respect, however, some of you think that the uniform you wear, means you can abuse your power. Regardless, they are my new co-workers, I'll have to get used to them and deal with it for now. Im only a recruit..... |
| | The Beat Cops | | JUDGE SQUAD These people are the beat cops, my squad. We are the Jack-of-All-Trades, master of none. Im am happy to have found my place in the squad. Though I only know a few members, I'm glad that we all work together |
| "The Boss" | JURY-181 The Head Honcho of the Local Precint, I don't know much about him or can form an opinion—is straight to the point and no bullshitter, though he almost killed a bunch of us for going out and saving |
| "The other Boss" | VICTOR-505 The Number 2 to "The Boss". I have spoken to him more then the man above him, he was the one to administer my MMR... or I think so.... |
| "The Giant" | JUDGE-01 I saw you kill one of your own for refusing orders during the blackout. I suppose, given the circumstances, it was justified, however, killing them in front of a bunch of us normal people wasn't a good idea, or maybe you wanted to send a message, who knows... You gave me loyalist rations when I wasn't even a Tier 3 during the blackout, so I could care less about what you did. I know who you are now, you are my supervisor in the squad. I haven't seen you around besides the day where you put a bullet into that rogue's head and ordered me to respond to a report. Nothing else You betrayed us, attempted to lead most of us astray into attacking our benefactors. |
| "The Female Detective" | JUDGE-02 I helped you with that Investigation in that shop where the creature was living in the hidden room behind the wall. We worked well however that "Thing" almost killed me. I hope that I can meet you one day I met you down in the armoury, at first you didn't know who I was but then I was reminded that I was the citizen who helped you investigate that mess. You were impressed that I made it this far, let's hope it stays that way. After that big attack yesterday, you were in the CMU, I hope you made it. I asked you about how I could get promoted, you said to talk to you once I've gained enough expireance. My first week had me fighting Xenianian Creatures and down to apprehending Anti-Citizens, I even got a commendation for it. I'm a hard worker.... You became my rank leader once 01 died during that attempted coup. We had some good times and some bad times, however that all came to an end when we were sweeping the vents. You were Infront of me and took the bullets for me, however you died. I wish I was able to save you... |
| "The one who calls me Trevino" | XRAY-40 You remind me of my Boss, a ball buster. However you are straight to the point, and I like that. I still haven't found you, though I have a good feeling about who you are, I just need to speak with you. I saw your Bio-Signal-Loss go off, the only other unit with you was JUDGE-02..... I fear for the worst |
| | "The Saviour" | | XRAY-06 I thank you for saving my life, I hope to meet you one day In person to shake your hand. I have now met you and recognized who you are we have gone on patrol a few times and you have taught me many things, you are a good influence on me. I heard what happened to you, I am speechless. You were one of the good cops, regardless of what anyone said. I just wish I was there to save you as you saved me back in D43. When this is all over, one day we will meet each other again. I just wish I could've done more..... |
| "The Trainer" | HELIX-16 On my first day, you gave me a quick refresher on the training I was getting during the break, I was thankful for that. I went on my first patrol with you. |
| "The Medic" | HELIX-48 Aidan Pearce Like the others, we have gone on patrol a few times, but can't really say much till I get to know you more. Aidan, well met. It looks like you got your wish after and joined the force, I was glad that I recognized you when we had a break at the nexus bar, it's unfortunate that we had to keep our conversation short, anonymity after all right? |
| "The Night Watch" | VICE-31 I've been on the night shift a few times with you and its been an interesting few shifts, you've taught me a few new things that I'll remember |
| "The Patrolman" | JUDGE-51 HELIX-51 HELIX-13 We've gone on patrol a few times and have been on a few stakeouts looking for BOLs. We're the Beat cops, what else can we say? After that big attack yesterday, you were in the CMU, I hope you made it You switched to Helix and began to climb the ranks. I have nothing but respect for you I have heard about your doings, gassing the slums and fighting tyrants—and I do not know what to say. I have also heard how you have been talking back to the Rank leaders. What are you playing at? |
| "The Taken" | XRAY-18 I think I first met you when we sent "Jason Redman" on a permanent Vacation, after that, we responded to a call in Block-3 and that Slug took you to the Outlands. We were sent to save you and we did, though most if not all of us were beaten up by what it was sent by that slug. The Boss wanted to kill all of us but he spared us... |
| "The Cowboy" | VICE-17 Been on patrol with him a good many, he likes action, a thrill seeker. He showed me a trick with his weapon. I don't know what his intentions are very wishy-washy. Need to get to know him more You perished during that one battle where we got ambushed... I hope you did nto suffer |
| "The Chief Inspector" | XRAY-0 Head investigator, I've been able to speak with her a handful of times and assist her with any required duties. The turning point is when I went in with her into the Deep Outlands, we saved X-18 but The Boss wasn't happy that we went with you. However, he spared our lives, probably thanks to you. I don't know much else about you. |
| "The Rogue" | HELIX-70 I met you on my first day on the job, I thought you were one of the good guys. A good mentor as an i1, however, that all changed when we responded to an Anti-Citizen Ping. We caught you instead, with no uniform and all of your gear on you. How could you do this to us? Betray the uniform that we all swore an oath to protect. You met your end at the receiving end of a .357 Magnum. |
| "The Rogue" | HELIX-99 You betrayed us... and for what? To save your own skin? You will answer for your crimes |
| "The Replacement" | JUDGE-14 You're my new boss. You promoted me twice within two weeks, you recognized my potential and acted upon it. I have nothing but respect for you You trusted me as your second in command, and I thank you for that. Now you're retired into the MCP and have been transferred away, now I have the torch to take |
| "Another Soul" | XRAY-79 We have worked together more than a handful of times. You seem fairly defiant on the rules of many things, which caused you to get kidnapped; however, you got saved, though at a price to pay with two blackmarks. When 505 asked me about you, I vouched for the removal and it happened. But these days I do not see you much |

| "The Interloper" | Tyrant I first saw you in Block Three back in District Seven, you took X-18 and we had to go out and save him. The second time I saw you is when we were doing that shift in the Deep Outlands, you spared our lives after the intense fire and helped us save V-17. The last time I saw you was when we were leaving the Deep Outlands once more. You just watched us leave, nothing more. I have met you multiple times during the many incursions within the City. I thought when I left District Nine it would be the last of you. I think now |
| "ADV/F9-39-SH.40" | "I am become Death, Destroyer of Worlds" |
| "Quasimodo" | I named you Quasimodo since you look like the hunchback of Notre Dame, I laugh every time I think about it. You are a good Political conscript; you do as you are told and cause no fuss. Quazimodo.... I have not seen you in some time. Perhaps you were transferred to another area |
| "Rome" | You are a mysterious creature, I do not know much about you, except that you work for the CWU I saw you again after many weeks apart, you had a BOL tag and were removed from the CWU, I hope you figure out what to do next Rome, I have not found you at all. I fear for the worse |
| "Boonie" | You are a mysterious creature, I do not know much about you. You claim that you are a collaborator, I do not trust that however you have saved the life of my officers so perhaps that is something I should thank you for |
