Mihaela Munteanu, aka PATROL-324 ca. Feb 2020, before service - Taken by her old roommate.

Mihaela Munteanu, or PATROL-324 was a Romanian-born functionary ground unit within the Civil Protection, aged around 22 to 23 years of age during the stable part of her service. There is very little written records of her life before the service but what was found points to her being the sole creator of the 'LIBER MORS' book, written shortly before her service in 2020. She did once try to get into politics and the collaborator's scene but had failed greatly due to her misanthropic and esoteric junctions of policy and ideology; Greatly shunned by the academics and the skilled workforce in most collaborator circles. Munteanu's attempts were seen with great backlash from the communities and binders, with one saying "Her policies and ideas are to only bring destruction, not a way of collaboration and evolution. She is nothing but a Esoteric Breenist hack who has nothing going on in her life and wants to make people suffer for it. Mihaela is nothing but a loser."
This shunning from the wider collaborator community had made her leave the political scene all together, with most believing for her to be relocated after a short stint within the CMU.

Mihaela's ventures brought her to be enlisted within the Civil Protection, serving in her native city of Bucharest or what was called City 27. Munteanu's career started off rather brightly, reaching up to the rank of i3 but this is where a lot of problems started form for the unit; She became rather unruly and violent to various citizens and those within the Civil Protection. She used to violently abuse, bully and harass a CMU worker named G. Barbulesti, even hospitalizing her after a violent and vicious attack. This was the start of her degeneracy within the Civil Protection, it was stated by a few witnesses that she would put recruits and units below her through various rigorous, violent, cruel and humiliating hazing rituals which include but not limited to beatings, water boardings, forced self harm, forcing to ingest drugs and bullying.

PATROL-324's career began to spiral and stagnate the more she pressed on into her violent and cruel behavior. Her conduct began to faulter and people began to notice, especially the Rank Leaders and command units to where she began oscillating between i5 to i3 and then back down again in which she would ascend again; Her methods cruel and often wasteful could sometimes produce results - Results which had made progress on various cases and in combat. The unit began to be feared and hated by most in her garrison with the tipping point being when she was found in a relationship with a collaborator, named K. Muller, a Civil Worker within the city. This led Mihaela to admit various crimes such as excessive force, theft of property and assets, misappropriating given equipment and non-sanctioned relations. This has lead to Mihaela becoming black marked and having one of her family members killed; Later for the unit in question to be relocated to City 24...

With the old archives, some information about her was found with those after Red Letter Day wanting her to be captured and dead, both colleague and rebel fighter due to her brutality and cruelty. No more evidence of her post war was found with most believing for her to be dead or simply in hiding as searches began to conclude. After her history a few people read on about her, not many but a few with some being psychologists as they believe Mihaela Munteanu or PATROL-324 to be a heavily depressed individual amongst other mental health issues who has failed in life and thus snapped becoming a monster who's death is sought after. On the surface she was a quiet and aloof girl who wanted to be alone, to be something but in the end was a horrific monster deep down.





After digging around this individual we have found some audio files which we have transcribed. The woman speaking is believed to be Mihaela herself, giving her opinion and relations of various people she has met in City 24:
