Implemented Paper disposal

There should be a way to dispose of paper either by burning or shredding it. At the moment there is no way to safely dispose of paper that could have confidential information on it without carrying it indefinitely on your person. You should at least be able to crumble up and tear up a paper before putting it in a trash bin.

Heavily agree with this. There is currently no way to destroy confidential information to the best of my knowledge. At least for laymen.

Ask staff to oversee you ripping up a paper. Shitty and tedious alternative but it'll work if you urgently need to destroy a piece of paper.

just cut it with a melee weapon or call a staff member to rp you cut it with some scisors or something, that's what i do.
