Explanation:
The event line should be focused on the Partisans attempting to regain communications with their main cell leaders, the ERA, in City-Three. Currently they are working alongside @nath1234567 's taskmaster who has a communication tower to try and communicate with them.
As explained in the synopsis above, the command of the ERA and remains of the main cell are trapped within City-Three due to it's Re-Stabilization, the objective of the event line is gather enough forces, either from remaining sub-cells across Europe or other groups within the main server, to attempt and break them free. Some could be dead, they could be alive, captured, that is up to the hosting GMs willin to help in the Event Line.
After the group regains contact with the ERA, missions should be handed out by command in the form of expos to prepare for the attack on City-Three. Which could range from capturing combine outposts and re-purpose them (settlements), free members of other sub-cells of the ERA that could have be captured, recon missions, uncover technology from before the combine and other operations that could benefit the group, it's allies and the rebel arc that is going on as of currently.
At some point we would like some presence in the World Map too. Perhaps remove the old posts of the SRF and Narod Rossii and turn them into a singular one about the ERA. During the time of preparation of this Event Line, the group will be focused on gaining more allies within main server, taking care of possible snitches and investigating people and other cells in search of liabilities.
