Party Enhancement Act

Preamble
We should align our party standards with the newly implemented civic code. This legislation serves to update, amend and improve upon my prior legislation
“Party Stability Act Nº21”
Article I
Violation Prevention
(§) Any prospective member must not have a SOCIO-ENDANGERMENT LEVEL 1 VIOLATION.
They are permanently banned from the party.
(§) Any prospective member with a SOCIO-ENDANGERMENT LEVEL 5 VIOLATION
WILL UNDERGO A PROBATIONARY PERIOD OF FOUR WEEKS. ANY FURTHER VIOLATION DURING THIS PERIOD WILL INCUR THEIR IMMEDIATE DEMOTION AND PERMANENT BLACKLIST FROM THE PARTY.
(§) A prospective member with more than three SOCIO-ENDANGERMENT LEVEL 5 VIOLATIONS is banned from the party.
(§) Additionally, PROSPECTIVE MEMBERS WITH ANY SOCIO-ENDANGERMENT LEVEL 5 VIOLATION can be removed from the party at will by the Chairman or the Administration during their probationary period if there is suspicion you are engaging in counter-collaboration.
(§) Any prospective members with an ANTI-CIVIL ACTIVITY LEVEL 1 VIOLATION MUST UNDERGO A TWO-WEEK PROBATIONARY PERIOD. ANY FURTHER VIOLATION DURUING THIS TIME WILL INCUR THEIR IMMEDIATE DEMOTION AND BLACKLIST FOR A PERIOD OF 2 MONTHS FROM THE PARTY.
Article II
Ensuring Activity & Production
(§) Applicants must be a member of at least one Union or Ministry before admission into the Party.
(§) Eligible employment includes the Civil Medical Union, Civil Workers Union, Ministry of Progress, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Civil Protection, and Ministry of Enlightenment.
(§) Exemptions are at the discretion of the Chairman and the Administration if they have proven themselves in another field.Party Enhancement Act

(§) Biotics are not allowed to vote on any legislation.
(§) Biotics cannot create their own binders or advocate for any increase in their civil rights.
(§) Biotics are to mandate a vow of silence from the start of every meeting till the finish.
(§) Biotics with SOCIO-ENDANGERMENT LEVEL 1 and SOCIO-ENDANGERMENT LEVEL 5 VIOLATIONS are banned from the party.
(§) Biotics with more than ONE ANTI-CIVIL ACTIVITY LEVEL 1 VIOLATION ARE BANNED FROM THE PARTY.
(§) Biotics with more than three ANTI-CIVIL ACTIVITY LEVEL 5 VIOLATIONS ARE BANNED FROM THE PARTY.
