PATROL-22

Drug-Related Incidents Page, if other units experience similar incidents, please note them here for collation. Thank you.

INCIDENT ONE:
P-35 and R-77 drugged by multiple 647-Es in PCS-1 with a drug known as "RAVE," P-35 rendered unconscious and R-77 aggressive and violent. Both Treated in CMRU. Full recovery made.

INCIDENT TWO:
Citizen Viktor Zavoity(Zinoviy - Updated by DEFENDER-59) found rendered almost completely mentally inept after ingesting a drug called "Dark Shot" from the street. Supposedly a high class steroid. Picked off the street by Protection teams and sent to CMRU for testing, details to come regarding this. This occurs just a week after INCIDENT ONE.
INCIDENT TWO Update ONE.
Citizen experienced moderate injuries, many of which partially treated before transport to the CMRU.
Blue Transhuman armour shards were found embedded within the Citizen's skin and extracted in the CMRU Citizen testimony includes the following: Fell on a pile of broken "glass," treated himself with dirty rags and vodka and then drank an unmarked white bottle containing the liquid steroid, which he found on the ground next to the "glass". He doesn't remember where the "glass" pile was exactly but he reports it to be close to the CWU warehouse. Citizen was covered in Xenian blood alongside his own. Thought the Armour shards were glass pieces. Other examples could not be found. Did not see anyone else interact with the pile or the drugs. The Armour shards have been sterilized. The subject appears to have ate "Gonarch" or as I prefer to call them "Big Mama" meat recently. The subject may be experiencing tinnitus. Updates may be to follow with PATROL-03's update, since PATROL-22 had to go 10-7 after this.

Current Conclusion:
Potential for a CZ/SS dwelling druglord in the district, which would explain a sudden rise in drug-related incidents. I have to admit, I kind of want it to be true, because that'd be easier to fight against. As for the OTA shit we saw... I don't know what to think.

CASE: DRUG-RELATED INCIDENTS
INCIDENT: VIKTOR ZINOVIY DRUG DEAL

Subject Viktor Zinoviy was caught dealing drugs in EZ-2. Suspect was contained and questioned, in which he admitted to:

Dealing narcotics such as Dark Shot, Speed and Third eye on the behalf of an unknown "Cash".
Being given a list of clients and their merchandise, one of which was successfully delivered to.
Personal usage of narcotics, such as written in the initial report and the attempted usage of a drug while in custody.
Being promised three hundred chips by his anonymous benefactor.

The current description of "Cash" is close to null. The only thing that can be attributed to him is the usage of a grey hard hat, like the Civil Workers' Union journeyman one.

Subject Viktor Zinoviy was briefly considered for informant status, but was rejected after further consultation with VICE-66. Subject was charged with V069, re-educated and released.

One buyer was an unspecified man with reportedly a military hat, while the other was an elderly Serbian man clad in green by the name of Denzel Carter.

Incident handled by D-59 and K-68. Report filed by D-59.
