Bug PDAs sometimes don't load anything when a name/CID is entered

(Only tested this with the Combine PDA, myself. I've been told that this happens for other players, too.)

Sometimes entering a name doesn't bring up a file on the Combine PDA, and so I have to enter their CID number instead. The opposite can also happen; where you put in someone's numbers only for the name only to actually pull anything up. I don't put any spaces between the numbers or any characters; it just doesn't work sometimes.

In some rare cases, I've even had it so that I can't look someone's file up at all; with both name and CID not working. (This one happenen when having to pull up the profile for Tar'Galla, 99724)

Posted on a recently archived bug about this, but due to how gmod handles things and the fact DB is full of characters. So sometimes it can't find the character you are looking for unless they are online.
