Fixed Permits are bugging hard for me

[Muho]

Whenever i buy stuff with my food permits everything loses stock.

Lets say there is 2 vinegar and 2 Flour on stock and i buy 1 Flour the vinegar gets to 1 stock paired with everything else.
Sometimes everything is on 0 Stock and it takes hours until it starts refilling again but i still get the problem above.

Stock works by category to avoid 1000 timers

Moving this to fixed as it’s not really a code issue more a thing implemented for optimization reasons
