(Devs choice). clock app, so you can set an alarm for certain things. a reminder app. and a social media app that would be a UU one

This sounds very city RP like, and I don't think it fits at all. I like the idea of having a map for citizens to use, but not in the form of a handheld device with smartphone apps.
