Pineapple on Pizza

If you make a pizza with pineapple, the pineapple becomes warm, that makes it warm fruit. If you make a pizza and then put pineapple on it, first of all.... Why? Second, It will absorb the heat from the pizza and it will become warm anyway. UNLESS you eat the pizza with pineapple on a seperate plate. Never tried that but again, why would you make it so complicated?

No, i mean
warming up a pineapple in the sun or something doesn't taste anything like pineapple cooked on a pizza in an oven.

it tastes way better when its got the tomato + cheese + burnt corners from the heat.

I never meant warm fruit from the sun.
I was talking about warm fruit in general, i don't care how it got warm. Even if it's in a oven or microwave. It's just ... warm and that's a no bueno.
I do enjoy the taste of tomato+cheese+ burnt corners but i don't enjoy it with that warm sweet pineapple, for me it's like putting a ketchup in a soup.

Pineapple on pizza doesnt taste like "warm fruit". Yes, it's warm fruit, but it tastes a lot different than just warm pineapple.

Pineapple is sweet
cheese and bread and marinara sauce is savory

Sweet and savory is a pairing of flavors that dates back to the dark ages. It's the same thing as honey glazed ham at Christmas time, or pineapple turkey at thanks giving.

If you don't enjoy it, then your palate is not well developed and that's not a jab at you, just a fact of life bro.

Banana doesn't have the right flavor or the consistency to be on pizza, too mushy. Seeing as how tomato sauce is acidic, Pineapple fits well on taste, and since it is also a very firm fruit that maintains its shape even when cooked, it serves as a great topping.

Pineapple goes well on pizza, it goes well on bread, it goes well with the savory flavour of cheese, there are some marinaras and tomato sauces that come with pineapple in them.
 
If the pineapple is with things like ham and peppers (like pickled jalapeno or sweet bell pepper) then yes
