PK Appeals by default should be Private.

[ozymandias]

PK appeals are fun to look at in my humble opinion, but in my opinion they should be private by default. This can avoid possible metagame on what has happened to a character, and it can be up to the person who has made the PK appeal to ping anyone involved. That, or just make an option for users to make it private if that's even possible.

It's important to see the appeals are being done correctly and nobody is being denied/accepted that shouldn't be, there have been people wrongly unPK'd outside of appeals before, if they were private I could imagine somebody abusing that

People can make them private by request already
