Make a frequency radio that can be placed down somewhere(like the music radios are able to)
It would cost the same as a music radio, with the addition of needing a microphone crafted for it if you wish to talk using the radio.
The microphone would need a piece of iron,1 electronic scrap, a plastic sheet, 2 normal glue, and a wrench
if you do not add the microphone to the radio you wouldn't be able to speak, only listen.
for the model, it would use the base half-life 2 radio.

Stationary radios have existed since the Clockwork era over a multitude of servers, alas they've rarely seen any use by people and thus we don't see the need for adding this right now.
