Topic/subject: Scruff`s Consequence avoidal
Whom it may concern:Arthur Bishop/Alexander Nelson [Scruff#0143]- Main reported
CMU/CMU Lead[Taliazure#7480]- Potential secondary reported/Involved in the reported situation
Summary: Scruff, the player of Arthur Bishop, when caught for an IC crime made a replacement character to replace the lost one, gaining the same position the last one previously held upon being made.
In depth analysis of the issue: Arthur Bishop, played by Scruff, was caught inflating his social credit count every day, this in itself is an IC issue that was sorted out with a report to Civil Protection and he was eventually caught, from what I heard. Nothing wrong here.
Where the report comes in, is what happened after the character`s deletion.
Scruff made a new character, Alexander Nelson, who within minutes of being made, was placed in the same position as his last character by Julia Jazmin, played by Taliazure, the CMU Faction Lead.
A new character utilized to regain his old position, lost on the previous one for their IC actions, effectively circumventing any consequences in terms of faction positions, as well as trying to circumvent the social credit situation with an immediate request for a Tier 4 promotion on the same one.

Suggestion for improvement: Likely a demotion in the faction to something else, to let other players have a chance at the position, or to have him climb back up to it, but staff likely have better suggestions.
First time doing one of these complaint threads, so I`m a bit unused to the format or expected descriptions.
And a bit unsure if this is complaint worthy or ban request worthy, but I was directed to do a report so this is likely more fitting.
