Attempted to mug a Tier-1 Loyalist within the Slum apartments. He ended up stalling the entire situation which is so lackluster and typical that it's not even fun anymore. He followed me all the way into an isolated part of the slum apartments. He obviously got caught off guard when I manage to lure him into a rather cornered spot before hastily turning around revealing a concealed hatchet.

*** Danny Mc'Collough Would slings his hatchet out from under his waistband as the white male would follow pursuit, before eventually turning around with a hefty gaze.
Instead of him attempting to either run away or at least defend himself. He instead decides to type more lines of text while I'm now doing my 2nd /me where I'm readying my hatchet above my head. Pretty much ready to strike down on him if he attempts to do anything funny. This is where the stalling begins, he tells me that he "didn't have a chance to do his /me" even though he decided to speak more than actually attempting to perform an action. He then obdurately agrees to continue the situation.

Upon the request for him to get on the wall, which he does. Basically putting himself in a P2L state and in FearRP. He still takes the decision to run off even though i have my axe still readied over my shoulder, ready to swing at any moment if he tried something funny which he did. He had his whole backside exposed to me along with himself being cornered and up against a wall. He completely disregards it and decides to run. This entire mugging was probably the most smooth and perfect mug I've done in a long time. How can he turn this situation into a cluster fuck of LOOC?

After a hefty LOOC debate which is mainly 90% made up of Richard Bronstone trying to misguide the situation. If anything, this alone is just pure proof of intentional LOOC stalling. Instead of just letting things flow and complaining about it afterward. If anything, he intentionally used LOOC to ruin my Roleplaying experience and turn the outcome of this situation. Espeically now when another guy has gotten involved and wishes to be part of the mugging even though it shouldn't have happened. With a little bit of decency, both I and Richerd agreed that this male wouldn't see the interaction go down after the large amount of stalling. But he forces himself into the situation after being given permission from an Admin that he has to wait 2 emotes before seeing the scene. Which he completely ignores and goes into this apartment to grab his Cobra and blast me. Without giving me a chance to respond. So, basically. Now we got two people bending the rules.
