So I spot a CP in the slums just going around so I gear up and well guess what Mug CP time so we start RP'ing and shit then after a brief talk and me trying to get her into a wall she does the following /me
*** Civil Protection Unit span to the wall, reaching a hand down for their holster.
Now I took 4 seconds to shoot her believing she was going to let me do a response /me but nah she started shooting and almost killed me.
Now I'm the winner in the 1VS1 but if it was the other way around this would be a PK appeal not a complaint.

I hope this is an exception and not the norm I didn't want to kill this CP but I was forced to do it bc she said nope pew pew.

No, FearRP does not apply on Willard as it does on DarkRP.

Showing degrees of fear as the rule suggests doesn't mean become unpowerful or unwillingful if held at gunpoint, but it means that you should not act as a "Gordon Freeman", doing things that would have zero sense for a normal person, such as randomly standing up while interrogated to beat up cops (unless you got a proper plan).

Once again, being held at gunpoint doesn't make you a slave, you are still free to engage the target, however it is courtesy to respond with a /me especially if the person initiated with a /me

What Travis did at the time was 100% within the rules yet not fully in good faith, I suggest Elsidia to call a GM next time to do things like these

It wasn't 100% within the rules since as you said it yourself. They did not fully act in good faith.

It was not a 100% in good faith but it surely does not qualify bad faith, the guy acted within the rules and on impulse, it wasn't done on malicious intent.

A Case of bad faith can be displayed in players like Cezzy who created characters with the sole intent to kill, that is what bad faith is, not acting on impulse during one scenario

Very well then as MazuzaM said I will try to call a gm or someone who can auth me to do S2RP to a cop to mug him next time.
