Fixed POS Device - CID Binding Issue?

I went to setup a players new character with their basic gear for CivPro, and it turns out the POS device spits out an error upon attempting to bind an ID card.

We tested this across three different players, both on CivPro characters and a Civ Character. The current POS devices that are already bound seemingly work, it's just the new ones. We then tried purchasing it from the CivPro vendor, as at first I wasn't even aware of their presence or location, and even then they still do not work as intended.

Error seen by all of us can be found below:

Known issue we already fixed a few weeks ago.

Just another case of requiring to merge two branches before launch!
