Bug Possible quiz/guidelines incosistency?

Hello there,

For starters - I don't really know if it's the right place for posting something like this, but seems like the closest one for this 'issue'; if it's gonna "reveal" some answers of the quiz, please hide it or something.

So I've just passed the quiz like one sec ago, but it took me ooooooh dozens of times and actually I would like to ask for some clarification regarding rules/guidelines, as right now I'm pretty confused with the correct answers that got me in (as I was already experimenting with any possible combination).

I have 2 questions to be exact:

1. "Being killed by an NPC in the sewers results as a PK"
   For me it was obvious, that's is a definite False, cuz of this fragment in PK Policy:
   
   Now, did I get something wrong about this fragment? Cuz the correct answer for the quiz system is actually True.
   I believe it would result in some kind of NLR unless enemy characters were involved, but please correct me if I'm mistaken.
   
   
2. "Issuing TBC without a proper /me is allowed"
   That's a tricky one, but after reading through all the guidelines I was still pretty convinced that the quiz will honor the "True" answer, but well I was wrong; now I kinda understand that it might be something like /me quickly raises his xyz-peew-peew-weapon and proceeds to shoot xyz right in his knee. And then you can just shoot? Right? That's the no need for reactionary /me's?
   Sorry if it's a stupid question but I haven't RP'ed in a long long time, and was also pretty shocked to discover that something like TBC is actually possible and implemented onto RP servers here.
   
   
   Please don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining - not at all, as I'm not RP expert, far from it actually, but want to try my luck in this "community" after like 5 years of RP hiatus.
   I just wanted to ask what's the reality and maybe highlight that the quiz/guidelines might need some update/clearance as it could be discouraging for future players trying to get onto the server while actually reading through the forums.

Ah, we changed pk policy but never changed the quiz. Easy fix though

Okay, changed out the question regarding the PK policy. As for the other one, that is more unclear wording in the rules.

Hello! To answer your second question regarding the quiz. The rules clearly say you don't need a reactive /me to start combat. Your answer was then indeed correct. I shall update the quiz as soon as possible to change that answer from "false" to "true." Thank you for your sharpness and quick response regarding the quiz!
Is there anything else regarding the quiz that you want to share? Or anything else in particular?
