Honestly, that's always the biggest blunder for the OTA Faction is their unpreparedness, they should have all their shit sorted prior to flagging on so when they do they can instantly deploy, otherwise, this whole "harsher" mindset can't be implemented

Back in my day us OTA had to be ready for everything or Dej would be on your ass... These newgens don't know nothing
