I've spoken to Grass and i was given acceptance to post my PK appeal in the private section to limit Metagaming and possible information gathering if this was public. I tend to keep things private and closed off rather than keeping it public. And thread is also acting as a complaint about something i have noticed during almost these 2 weeks of Beta 2.0.

Why do you think your character should have its PK reversed?: This pk is spread far and wide. Many factors might play a role regarding this but i always tend to start from the very beginning. So, a wide and resonable view on the matter is established. Remember that this might fully not be true as i don't have full information on everything that has happened. This is my opinion on the matter and how i experienced it. Now that's sorted, let's begin.

Sooo! As you guys probably already know by reading the Group Thread, also known as the "The Blinders". During this beta, we've been testing our limits regarding quality of RP and bringing fresh concepts to the table. We've shown great activity and dedication, not to mention how our members has contributed and acted. I am well beyond honored and happy to see the results we've done during this beta. And we'll surely be hitting harder when the offical server drops.

The first week was going great between "The Blinders" and the Civil Protection Faction. Respect and space was given between both parties. And room to breath. Even though the Civil Protection probably had an Idea what was going on due to the events we've contributed with. But trust and honerable actions were still very real between us. Big respect+ for the first week for letting us strive on PassiveRP without much trouble or hassle. Not to mention all the civilians enjoying what we put out. It really did put a smile on my face.

But this is where a big turn happens. During 2nd week of the beta which has lasted 4 days i think now? Is where the deep-dive happened. An Unoffical member of our group that goes by the name of Nick was indeed part of us. He had some insight to what was going on and knew what we were up to. And eventually spilled the beans during an interrogation. Nothing too fancy from what i know, but some resonable information indeed. Didn't take long before Cp's started to hassle us everyday. Constantly searching us, interupting passiveRP and small events contributed by our group. The actions were eventually evolved into full scale investigations on every member we had, constantly interrogating us and draining hours of possible RP everyday we hoped on. But no confessions or information was ever gathered from any of our members. It got so bad that everyday was just hours of endless interogations and stuck in cells. Some CP members and generally speaking started calling this out. That the Pkhungry abuse perhaps got a bit over hand. All because of 1 testamony.

Our store was eventually raided because of this one guy that spilled the beans and said we had illegal stuff inside. Our containers got shot open, the entire place got wrecked. And they eventually found a safe in my back office. They tried breaking into it with a pickaxe and a blowtorch with not much success. And instead of accepting failure they decide to bomb half of the business establishement and set it on fire just to open the safe. They eventually left without much care of the actions they've just done. And the fact that they didn't find anything of interest should have lead to them dismissing the current witness who spilled the beans. But they didn't stop there and continued the harassment at the point of literally wanting us to quit the server. Cp's started rewarding social credits and food etc for Citizens who gain more information about our group and numerous times tried setting us up with different plans. Which failed. I also heard characters metagaming information between their own characters along with names they had no IC connections. At this point we're targeted and harassed from random Civilians and strangers i had barely interacted with. Somehow they knew about our group name and our IC names. Eventually, felt like random Citizens witnessing against us who eventually got us killed due to:



Even though no concrete evidence or any illegal items were ever found throughout this entire duration. This PK was fully based due to witnesses that probably metagamed and was offered rewards just to bust our group. This just felt like an absolute massive targeting and hungry for some pk's. And all we wanted was to to promote CityRP and put some life into the City. Especially as it's a known problem. This was taken way to far by the CP faction in my opinion, which some even acknowledge themselves. At the point of ruining our CityRP just to bust our group. We were literally scared to RP with people incase they just wanted to interactive with us due to information/Set-us-up or actually RP with us. And the fact we held out during this absolute cluster-fuck of a siutation is beyond my understanding.


I am a bit frustrated and perhaps i sound a bit angry. And i am well beyond sorry for that. These couple of days has just been absolute harassment from all sides. I usually hope on a few hours after work just enjoy myself and contribute to the group. Only to be slapped and always be brought into the nexus. And the little RP i manage get around the city was fully based on gathering more evidence on our group. I literally had CP's waiting outside my store every time i logged on just to interrogate me and repeat the process. This just felt like massive kick to the nuts and my group. This is almost giving me the nebulous cp vibes.

Not sure which of you it was (Mulky I am sure) - had 2 interrogations going on at the same time so names are kind of fuzzy as to who said what. Feel free to say if I forgot anyone.

As to my end, I understood from the other units that there was compelling evidence against you for conspiracy. Enough to detain you over it. Then the interrogation started, where you basically were one of the worst uncooperative people I have ever seen. You did not only refuse to talk, you basically avoided giving any form of meaningful answer on any of the questions. I honestly tried to give you the chance to make it any lesser verdict, or to give me a reason to not just amputate you - but this was essentially met with a stone wall.

On a side note, and to already propose an alternate solution here, I am willing to also extend to you the same thing I did for Yoko: you are planned to be shipped to Nova Prospekt instead of being immediately killed. As there's already events in the works that will cause you to never actually get that far and escape instead, this would leave you as an anti-citizen which you can bring over to the main server. How exactly you end up there would be up to you (and you could potentially write a char auth or so to get started as this wouldn't be an easy character to play - but that is Robert's domain to handle)

I'll comment in on this before it turns into a private conversation so I can give my presence before anything happens.

Me and Victor-4 @Wraygun has been looking out for a while on the group. A few days ago, my partner Nell Riller (no forum account yet) has been running around with a red jacket, she was immediately apprehended by a group that was also apparently wearing the same outfit. She told me all of it ICly, until eventually we became weary of the group. Word has been spread around by me that the Red Jacket group might take you off the streets and execute you for wearing a jacket the same as theirs, which immediately made red jackets a red flag for most civvies. It was a fun rumor game, until eventually, everyone started saying the same.

Rich Richardson (Snitch Snitchardson), came up to me a few days ago and supported my claims of the small gang being ran near the Clothing Shop, even last night he also told me that he 'bankrupted' your group because he sold more than you could ever sell in a week. Still, skeptical, that's why I went on and snitched on an officer - who happened to be Victor-4. He listened, took some advises, and so started preparations.

A few days before the initial raid, my partner decided to make a new character unbeknownst to my knowledge. She made a new character named 'Starrick Bancroft' who started running around walking and speaking with other people, until the bombing on the HAB happened which forced him to help around people. When that happened, if I'm not mistaken (and please do take this as hearsay ICly), that someone took him in for the clothing shop and told him to just stand around if he wants to 'associate' with the gang. He was even given a boonie hat.

Yesterday, after having a reasonable amount of passive and medrp with Starrick, he spilled the beans to me unbeknownst to his knowledge that I'm one of the people planning a bust on the group. After gathering the knowledge, I reported back to who I presumed was Victor-4 and started spilling the beans to them. I told them that whoever was Italian, had a Boonie Hat, and was standing outside the Clothing Shop is immediately a suspect.

Then came the time when you joined in, onto which when I saw your character, I immediately announced a /request to initiate the bust.

From there on out, what happened after you logged in was pretty obvious now. We were actually hoping for a gunfight, so I brought my own crafted revolver just to risk it all. Thankfully there wasn't, and everything went according to plan.


That's my side of the story, all of the information gathered were gathered ICly, you can check the logs if you want. I'm happy with how the raid went, but considering the feedback you've said you had from the group's start in the city, I kinda do regret doing this now OOCly lmao. GG to all that particpated.

Just as i explained in my Thread. When you get constantly interrogated everday for almost an entire week. Wasting those little hours i have after work with same questions and same proccess everytime. Eventually 2 hours pass in a cell and i eventually have to hope off. Repeating the process again and again for hours each day. Of course i'll be lacking some manners at that point. I remember being all resonable and pretty much explained all the alligations in a quite resonable formation. But when i noticed that it seemed to pass through the other ear and back out the other ear, i just gave up giving out long and extended paragraphs as i would just get asked the same thing the next day. And to be honest, i wasn't being uncooperative. I limted my answers and stayed quiet when a resonable answer wasn't required.

There has to be a limit to sush behaviors from the CP faction. And at the end of the day, our group is here to promote CityRP amongs Civilians and giving them a chance to actually getting involved. Rather than walking around 24/7.

Your own faction members started calling out these behaviors from multiple sources and actually was apologizing in LOOC and IC for bothering us too much. When it goes as far as promoting Metagaming and ruining our groups RP by offering Civilians rewards and social credits then that's where the limit is drawn. To be honest, pulling a 9/11 on our store is probably where the line should have been drawn from the very beginning. There has to be restriction as the cpRP seems to be more favoured and able to promote these kinds of behaviors.

I also want to point there being only 3 witnesses when i'm pretty sure there has to be 6 to even consider a Pk if i've understood it right.

We have never mentioned any information regarding our group whatsoever. We went to great lenght to ensure it being that way. Our group thread is even private to avoid metagaming and hieraechy etc. And how you guys has been sqouting out our group for a while is suprising becuase the only resonable hint thay gives it away is that we're wearing same uniforms. Which shoudn't be taken heavily into considurstion as it's a passiveRP aspect.

I barely know who Nell is. The first time i personally interacted with her was OOC when she was running around with a red jacket at which point was impossible as we haven't sold any red jacket to people that wasn't involved with us. She admitted that the jacket was spawned by her husband Admin by the name of Mulky. We OOC told her that the spawned in jacket is interfering with our RP and we'll gladly switch it out for something similar which she happily agreed on. The entire situation was OOC but hearing your version of this seems like she took it all IC even though we clearly agreed on it being OOC. And the fact she spread this OOC information around in IC is already a red flag to this entire situation. She metagamed. I can probably pull up some logs too.

(I also saw her a couple of times running around our store and on the street bragging in Looc of us being a Mafia which is odd.)

We haven't apprehanded a single person during this beta or spoken about executing people with red jackets lol? Something is clearly quite fishy here. Red flags are already popping up in your post. No, i did not know what happened. I remember asking many times in Looc because me and my member Hamzah were just scratching our heads. Especially when you pulled a pipe revolver to my suprise. I remember just saying to myself... "What the actual fuck is happening?"

You have random people confirming miss-information and lies. Sush as executing red-jackets or apprehanding friends of yours.

Not to mention Nell probably started this off by turning the OOC encounter into IC. Then your community of friends heavily built this case out of the blue based on the OOC encounter that she took IC. And there has been no actual insight or interactive from our group. This is why i am confused, my members are confused. I myself don't even know where to start because your post makes no sense at all. There's no red line where i can follow it through.

After investigating and formally speaking about what has happened. We're all pin-pointing the lady with the Red-jacket as a start to this aboslute cluster fuck of a situation with meta, miss-information, lies and just alligations built out of the blue. The lady, also known as Nell who was the wife of Mulky. She admitted to the jacket being spawned in and handed over by her Husband which is Mulky if i'm correct. We OOC confronted Nell about the Red-jacket as we as a busienss and Group don't handout or sell our own dress-code uniforms. And none else was having a clothing business around aswell. So, i thoughs were indeed correct. Both parties agreed on OOC switching out the spawned jacket for another similar one as it was indeed disturbing our RP.

After the whole OOC encounter was finished and everybody was happy. Little did we know Nell had other plans in mind and had actually taken the whole situation IC for some odd reason. Which got us all confused when this eventually got caught up to us and knew what was going on. She started spreading lies about red-coated people coming up, threatning her in a confrontation. And apprently apprehanding her. Which is FAR from what even happened.

I can only presume that she took this one step further and started spreading these OOC interactions into untrue ICinteractions to her husband and other friends around. Probably to stranger aswell. And as the Miss-information grew and rumors got spread from one ear to the other. It eventually ended wrong from all sides and views. All the way from executing people for wearing the same clothes as us? Like, it doesn't even make sense. And the fact people confirmed this is just way above my head.

By the way, i don't really want to wrap this up too fast or demand someone to give a verdict. But the Beta is ending in like... 1 day? I wish to enjoy the last hours that are left. Along with Hamzah, Onanga or anyone else who's in this situation. I don't even know how to deal with a situation in this current scale. All because of 1 single person who clearly had bad intentions for some odd reason against us. Presuming why she even did all this in the first place.

I got oblitirated in the PK chamber. And i'm not fine with how i'm sent of the NOVA PROSPEKT. Because i'll be an Anti-Citizen when we're clearly CityRP related. And this whole situation was a fuck up from an Admin because he spawn in a jacket and is now suspended. Not to mention the OOC situation becoming IC and all the miss-information. I want it to be voided, but it's hard how.

In that case, because everyone I spoke to is pretty much unsure and conflicting info is popping up on this case. I am revoking the PK anyway because it seems not anyone I speak to on this matter really knows what went down.

Yoko had other people point him out as well and not just V-4/Ross Humberton. Plus Yoko never died, so can't really unPK him.

He can ask Robert to have his citizenship reinstated for the main server if he wishes, I guess.

Yoko was saved and willing got rescued. If he wants to void the whole train thing and being saved from it, then he would need to make an appeal himself.
