The reason you were warned?: " Accessing the CWU Management Vendor maliciously // Obtaining items without FL approval"

Why do you wish to have the warning removed?:

I was accused of maliciously stealing the following items from a CWU vendor.

• CWU / DOB Radio,
• CWU / DOB Keycard,
• POS Device,

1. I had everything but the POS device on my persons before being killed in the September 27th attacks and losing all of my items. I simply saw to it that I get them back.

2. As for the POS device; I've had one in every other time I've operated within the CCA faction and honestly might have assumed I was simply neglected one during set up.

3. I wasn't acting maliciously with an intent to exploit anything in particular. It was late at night and me and Becket believed it pertinent to get the stuff we needed once we realized the CWU vendor was open and no one else was around to provide us what we needed at that time.

4. A warning over a developer oversight is a bit silly - especially considering I had IC justifications to have everything that was taken and didn't do anything extreme (I.e.: spawning 10,000,000 combine PDAs to hand out to citizens)

Your Warning Appeal is hereby denied, you have failed to approach the Faction Leader ( @TheGamingPlumber ) for approval, accessing another Factions Radio channel or Vendor is prohobited without approval ( If you pay attention, you will also see that DOB / CWU Radios have a red description clearly mentioning that you require FL approval ).
