I first and foremost wish to apologize for my past eccentricities, to show that I plan to mend such behaviors in the future.

By my nature I've been quite 'immature'. I've stepped on quite a few of toes over the years without thinking about the consequences and I wanted to address my general 'behavior' first before getting to anything else. The circumstances surrounding this ban are just as tied to how I've presented myself to the community as much as it is the other thing. And while the rest of this appeal will be used to address the 'thing' around West Elizabeth and what Neonity exactly showed the Server Council, I do not intend to play completely innocent and do acknowledge that I've done wrong before. So again, I'm am sorry, to both the community and the server council.
With that out the way, I'd like to stop beating around the bush.
These are two snippets from a greater collage of screenshots that, from my understanding, were shown to the Server Council by Neonity, followed by a decision to ban me for them.
This is, suffice to say, disingenuous.
The way these were shown and then circulated to the wider server was clearly meant to paint me as some sort of demonized 'DrPepper10' caricature without a second thought. To the point where some people actually think that the "I'm 25 and my girlfriend is 14" was some sort of admission of guilt (I'm not, I was 15 when I wrote these. You can ask furious or anyone else who 'knows me'. The joke is in the attached image).
I wont deny that these 'jokes' were in very poor taste. Simple 'inverted value judgements' made for the sake of LOLs and some brief shock value. I do apologize for anyone disturbed by them and acknowledge that many were made just like them, that they were disgusting. What I will deny is that these were not anything out of the ordinary for the discord server they came from.
West Elizabeth was, for those who don't know, a discord that existed in a morally 'grey area'. A 'hang out' server for players of ''South Tohoma RDR2 Roleplay'' (who also happened to play Willard Networks) and was owned by Reece (I'm not trying to put all of this at his feet). There were significantly less 'social inhibitions' or rules regarding what you could or could not say, meaning the general culture of the server obviously dipped into the realm of highly taboo, 'Dark Humor' (whatever that is), not meant to be taken seriously as most of the members were close friends with each other.
What I mean to say is these examples are cherrypicked and frankly don't represent the person I am or who I plan to be in the future, especially on Willard Networks. Far worse things have been said on that server and I think using comments from there in the first place to ban someone is unfair and in bad faith. I've maintained a pretty 'clean' record on this server rule wise for my four years of playing, with the only ban I can remember getting (yet for some reason cannot find logs of) was a two week ban in 2021 for some minging. Bluntly, I think a permanent ban over this was 'overkill', especially since it happened in the dead of night, the only semblance to query or chance of explanation a few DM's asking me 'what happened. I've now been banned for I believe 4 months and think I've 'learned my lesson'.
In fact, I plan on keeping my 'OOC interactions' to a minimum from here on out.
I hope the members of the server council can see my plight. I'm not interested in trolling or 'OOC' bickering. I don't care for anything else I may have done. I respect the medium and would like to see it taken to its upmost heights. For that reason, I'd like to be unbanned.
Were there any witnesses who can help in this appeal?: Most people who were in the server or who have talked to me can corroborate what I've said here.
