Implemented Prop Description

I'll make this sweet and simple.

Is there a chance we can get some kind of ability to give descriptions to props? This'd be useful for setting up scenes/settings rather then having to emote what everything looks like, it'd also be useful for GM's when constructing their events.

Yes, but I don't think this is exclusively a nebulous thing.

It's pretty good for events, workshifts and whatever else you can figure out. Makes it easier to visualize things without custom or complex prop builds.
