Implemented Provide vinegar a cooking purpose

As it currently stands, vinegar is only used to create adhesive. Would make more sense if it were used in some cooking recipes or something that isn't primarily used to create rebellious items.

I think it would be really cool if you could create pickled stuff that would take a much longer time to spoil with spices and vinegar.
