Put City 17 in Sofia

I know we had City 17 in Varna in V2 but it never made much sense to me when the Half Life Alyx city layout as well as the general geography of the area makes it basically just Sofia so I thoucht I would ask if we could move it to Sofia before the server lore actually takes off and its going to be impossible to ask for it.

Every other named city is usualy a big multi mullion metropolis but then the future Capital of the entire planet is just a medium sized coastal city. With like 300 000 residents pre war.

But how are we going to make I17 the Coast and Nova Prospekt work?

If we want to do that I would just say that I17 is another coastal city that serves as a Sister City under C17s Control that serves to provide it with heavy industry and port acceas. It has been built with Combine brutalist infrastructure completely from the ground up on the ruins of a pre war coastal city that could be Varna, it could be Burgas or in the closest proximity to Sofia it could actually be Thessaloniki. It may not even be constructed yet and could be a goal on the server to somehow aid in its construction.

Also have only one Citadel in Europe. Having one in St. Petersburg, one in France, and knowing that we're going to get ANOTHER is just stupid. Having three citadels in one continent is stupid. Also, why does North & South America and Asia get a citadel each, but North & South Africa only get one?

To imply Africa doesn't have the infrastructure to harbour a citadel is just stupid. You could put a citadel in Morocco, or any other Northern African country, the same as a Southern African one.

It also brings back the notorious V2 Eurocentric garbage worldmap which had 7/8 Cities in Europe and quite literally one singular CIty in Africa.

As a Bulgarian living in Sofia please do this in Sofia lmao. I confirm that most of the buildings in the game, I've literally seen in real life. MAKE c17 GREAT AGAIN
