This is just a small Quality Of Life suggestion.
The suggestion itself is to add a confirmation screen to the "Tear" function of paper. Since it irreversibly destroys the paper, and what is on it, as soon as you click the button, I can foresee mishaps where paper is accidentally torn instead of clicking on the "Read/Write" or "Drop" options within the context menu of the paper.
Said confirmation screen would likely appear the same as any regular input pop-up, with the options being "Yes" or "No", and the text looking along these lines;
Example: "Are you sure you want to tear [PAPER NAME]?"
Example: "Are you sure you want to tear CMU RFPD-1?"
