Quality of Life Suggestion - Hair Growth Cream & Hair Messy Mechanic

A one-time use quality of life product purchasable from the permit list that will allow citizens to bypass the waiting requirement for beard growth and can either;

A) Instantly set your facial hair to a full-grown beard, allowing you to begin customization with the hairdresser tools.
B) Reduce the waiting timer, speeding up the growth process.

Similarly to how overtime, your beard will fully grow, there should also be a separate but identical mechanic in place for hair that simulates hair growth or filthiness by switching your hair over to a more messier-looking variant, forcing you to use hairdresser tools or visit a barber every now and again. In turn, hairdresser tools can be made a limited-use item as well.

The only potential downside would be for those who neglect their hair, leading them to look all the same.

I agree with Ratlover's statement regarding hairdresser tools; they shouldn't be an unlimited usage item as they are now and should have a usage limit the same as the knives and scissors scripts. Perhaps they should be single-use items. They aren't expensive and it would allow stores to get more traffic.
