First of all I'd like to apologize for having to take this public but after the failure to adress this issue internally I see no other recourse but this.
Over the past months since joining the staff team I have endured an absolute barrage of borderline insults despite my best efforts. It reminded me of the time I just joined the OTA faction with Dark telling me after 1 week that I sucked when I asked how I was doing and howI could improve. Criticism is fine but I found that often enough these crossed the line.

I have already tried to solve the issues between me and these players but it felt like talking to a brick wall from time to time.

Anyways, considering many of these instances happened in staff-only channels I am prohibted from posting them, otherwise I'll just give them a reason to remove and ban me from the community I have tried to help over the past months.

One of the things I can post about is the following


I find it hurtful that in this day and age we are still joking around with serious mental illnesses like this that thousands of people suffer from on the daily. Especially considering the profession Rad is pursuing.

Anyways, thats my vent/report over. The people in charge can do what they want, I just wanted it known.

For some reason it only applies to screenshots. I have HDR turned on cause otherwise my Gmod is way too dark. Such is life.

I agree that there is a fine line between harmless teasing, and behavior that many would consider toxic.

I was the person that RAD-X replied to in the original thread, and while he was agreeing with me-- I find this behavior entirely unacceptable. I do not wish for RAD-X to have his current position removed, but it is simply pathetic that action has not been taken yet. And moving this to Meme Fortress? A low move from the admins responsible. This is horrible, horrible behavior-- and it's changed the way I see Willard Networks as a whole.

I would also like to apologize for my behavior. It was wrong and insensitive of me to believe that the wonderful community of Willard Networks would be, as I put it, 'schizophrenic'. I have learned from my mistakes and moved on.
