Fixed Rave hp doesn't wear off

Whenever you take rave your hp is doubled
Example
Human with 100 hp will have 200hp
Vorts with 200 hp will have 400 hp
But the issue is that once the drug wears off the hp will stay and not revert back meaning humans will stay at 200 hp and vorts will stay at 400 hp.

There was a lua error because after all these years I still cannot resist typing GetHealth instead of Health. In my defense, good function names start with a verb and for someone's maximum health it is GetMaxHealth and not just MaxHealth. Someone just had to make dealing with Health a pain in the ass.
