So yesterday I was banned for metagaming while being in VC. I will not dispute the fact that I was in VC, however I still want to come back and rp. I don't have alot of playtime on the server and I have briefly read through the rules before playing. I wanted to play as a chef and have some fun with friends. We had formed a group and I was suppose to be their cook and help with getting food.
I was in VC with my friends as we were making our way towards our apartment when I saw on the second floor (of slums) that the base that was normally closed was open. I had spoke to one of my friends and said their base decoration was nice and had them come over to look, as they were nearby the area. (No intention to rob or steal) Then we entered our apartment and I was getting ready to cook when I was banned. I was abit confused at the fact I was banned as I am abit of a new player, secondly I knew that a few players earlier that day were "warned" for metagaming however weren't banned.
I did not get a warning, or even an admin sit to explain to me what was wrong. Though out of all that, the wording of the ban was abit unnecessary. I'm here not to intentionally break rules or cause admins to be upset. I do however want to play with my friends still.
"We know your in VC my guy." It was unnecessary and secondly it did not explain what I was banned for in specifics, not to mention the ban is for a month for simply calling my friend to see cool decorations. As I thought being in VC with some friends was ok and we weren't doing anything hostile or effecting anyone else's rp.
