RECLAIM i24!

With the Administration now firmly in command of city affairs, the Orwell-Valente leadership has set its sights on reclaiming the lost territories of Industrial Twenty-Four, an effort aimed at restoring regional production and strengthening leverage and legitimacy in the eyes of City Seventeen. The burden, however, will rest upon the people of City Twenty-Four, for Industrial Twenty-Four remains a hostile wasteland of toxic sludge, devoid of governance and riddled with hazards.

PRIORITY MESSAGE - CITY TWENTY FOUR ADMINISTRATION
TO: ADMINISTRATION/COMMAND/OVERWATCH/DIRECTORATES/CHAIRMAN

City Twenty-Four must expand its industrial output to sustain its ambitions for territorial stability and lasting glory. The Administration therefore declares the reclamation of Industrial Twenty-Four a necessary objective.

The Chairman and Security Council are to begin immediate, comprehensive planning for logistics, workforce conscription, and any measures required to see this mission through. A new Consul will be required to be installed in i24 as well, and I grant the Security Council the task to recommend a path for the positions re-implementation.

All Directorates will contribute to this effort, each expected to prepare, coordinate, and execute their role without delay. Branch departments are once more expected to be re-established in i24.

1.​	I am authorising an upcoming citywide effort to conscript necessary elements of the population to reclaim i24.
2.​	The Chairman and Security Council are expected to plan, coordinate and execute this objective.
3.​	The requirement for a new Consul administration in Industrial Twenty-Four is necessary for stability, the Security Council is expected to recommend a set plan to re-establish stable governance.
4.​	All Directorates are expected to plan and coordinate the re-establishment of departments to return to Industrial Twenty-Four, necessary personnel and resources must be allocated.
5.​	Before the arrival of population workforce, the Genevan Guard will be dispatched to the area and secure a starting point for the work to begin.
6.​	Industrial Twenty-Four must be secured, its industrial output reborn and a stable administration established. All relevant departments and positions of the Administration are required to fulfil this objective in any way possible.

SUMMARY

1. A temporary map switch event will happen to reclaim i24. The Event Team will provide further information when they've organized and prepared the event, there is no set time for it just yet.
   
   
2. SECON can ICly plan for the event and sort how the re-introduction of a new i24 Consul administration should be implemented.
   
   
3. Civil Directorates should make some preparation plans how they'd wish to be represented in i24, whether that is the re-establishment of local departments or whatever is preferred.
   
   
4. The Genevan Guard will at some point before the event begins be moved out of the city to ICly secure a frontier where the population will arrive (could be an expedition?)
