I took a cigarette model, color tooled it brown and it already looks amazing for the Cigar Model, would it be possible to just simply add a second version of the cigarette thats colored brown for the cigar boxes, maybe even sized up 1.2x?

how you gonna recommend Black and Milds on Willard. I got a character that'd love these.

I did it, had to learn the process step by step as it's the first time I do anything like this.
In case the devs are busy and this is on a low-prio list, look no further. (does not mean it's on the server, it still needs to be added, up for them to decide)

Google Drive

● I started off by using gmpublisher to extract all the files from the content pack, narrowed it down to the cigarette.mdl file location and its respective textures.
● Converted the .vtf files into .tga, loaded them into Photoshop and edited a nice little cigarillo texture on both of them, exported back to .vtf, then edited the .vmt files to reflect the change.
-- I ran into a little problem after because I then learned that the base cigarette textures were baked into the original cigarillo.mdl file, so I had to learn how to decompile. I did so using a program called Crowbar, which pretty much automated the process without me needing to know much. I edited all the text files to match their new cigarillo filenames, and recompiled the model.

In the end, we're left with something like this:
