Implemented Recruits shouldn’t count towards /checkcrime.

They’re cops equipped with just a stunstick, locked to the Nexus for most of the time, and when they are outside it’s to teach them something. They are in no way capable of responding to any actual crime.

Especially considering when the people shotcopping know full well that 50% of the Units online are Recruits.

They are just ruining the fun for people who are excited to play a new faction they wrote a thesis and a half for. Honestly, it's just really sad to see these individuals doing this.

If I was a recruit who just got my entire gear gifted by a higher ranked Unit, and then died the same day to a shotcop. I'd be fucking livid and consider just not logging on again.
