Removal from the CMRU

Hello everyone, myself. Niklas got into trouble somewhat again. I'll try my best to keep it short. Here we go:

What happened?
Yesterday early in the morning, approximately 2 am for me. I wrote a reply message on the CMRU Discord saying "You're dude" to Neonity. Just out of context and without the idea to Insult or specifically be harm anyone. Not five minutes later, I've met the loving message "I don't allow Transphobic messages here" and got kicked within a second off the discord by Freudeka. Obviously, my first reaction was like "wtf?" and tried to discuss it out. I'll just present the screenshot of our chat

As you see, I did apologize. As my intention was 100% not to Insult anyone. Clearly wanting to have another chance at it. Because, I want to roleplay naturally on a roleplay server. Though, now Freudeka waved me off and send me to Quarter / Rad-X or the person herself, Neonity as Head of Staff



Seeing here, not being taken seriously at all. What a lovely start, so I tried to appeal to Quarter by apologising, because it is common sense about going a full-blown rage mode won't fix the issue. Now being in a private talk between: Quarter, Travis as Staff, Freudeka and Neonity. I tried to discuss the opportunities, but to no avail. Then I suggest the idea of a compromise, which was shut down quickly by this:


So, the end of the line. Nothing worked out, they kick stood still. And myself, not really accepting it (still why I'm writing this). I tried to message Rad-X



Nothing, okay. So I tried my luck at Rabithunter


Nothing. Now, suggested by friends and fellow Community Members who heard my side and also seen the screenshots, told me to make an admin abuse report (which was also recommended by Freudeka)

Though; I was fighting with the thought of just going out and touching grass. I would give this here one last chance.
Here you go people. This is my appeal to the CMRU kick-out or rather rehabilitation of being accused of being transphobic?

Unless there are things that have been sweeped under the rug by OP and he has made actual transphobic moments, this seems extremely ridiculous. But I will stay neutral on it and wait for other staff to respond to uncover things that I perhaps don't have information of, but never have I ever in my years of roleplaying life seen something like this...

People tend to under estimate the things that they have actually done themselves in order to vindicate the other person in abuse or appeals and such, but if that's just it, I have no words. It is pretty clear

More complaint worthy if anything, from the looks of things Freudeka didn't abuse his admin perms, he's just a admin who just so happens to also be in charge of the CMRU faction. Not sure if the Faction Management role still exists but if it does, maybe they're the one to go to about this.

He told me to go ahead with it. I tried the steps that were offered to me.

I advise people to take a step back before replying to the thread and refrain from shitposting, hurling insults. or sharing baseless takes to derail the report. If it continues to go that path then the thread is just gonna end up being locked or privated to be handle by the parties involved.

Because you apparently misunderstood me the first time I pointed this out to you; this is not a case of admin abuse. Freudeka did not misuse any of his staff-given powers. The ability to form your subjective opinion on someone's intent or behaviour is not a staff-exclusive power, that is an innate ability everyone possesses. Freudeka is within his right to apply this "power" to members of a faction he manages.

Freudeka is fully within his right to remove you from the same faction he hired you to for any reason he sees fit as a managerial member of the faction. You were hired as a trial after all, because this is not your first fuck-up. One must distinctly remember prior incidents that had you removed within the CP faction.

The person to speak to if you wanted to dispute it would be quarter, the CMRU lead. However, they also did not want to reinstate your position, and that should've been the end of it. It is within the faction lead's right to accept or decline or even blacklist anyone from the faction they control. Now if you still disagree with their decision, and I imagine you do, then you must speak to Faction Management. Currently, that role does not really exist as Noodle recently left, but it'd be up to the Server Council to veto a faction lead's decision, in the worst-case scenario. I don't envision this easily happening over something as mundane as this but if you truly wish to escalate this, I advise starting a private (forum) conversation with them (SC) or even Discord if you must. NOT an abuse report.
