This faction is intentionally built up to be extensively secretive from both its faction structure, membership and operations. It is understandable to view the faction in a negative light given these factors. I can assure it is decently active and fulfills its functions without being a OP metagame group as spy factions can easily devolve into.
The conclusion is: No we do not want to remove OSI but I'm glad to see Ronald is open to feedback and is making moves to improve communications with CCA/faction leads/etc. Please message Ronald/Glass if you have further questions to OSI, I'm sure they'll be more than happy to assist
