Repeal of the ECAA proposal proposed by the Honorable Councilor, Ambassador of City 8, Arthur GlennThe Elevations of Collaborators' Act whilst necessary at the time of its presentation has proven to be a costly and damaging legislation to continue to uphold. The legislation claims to protect the party from unnecessary inflation, yet despite this, in our existing environment, we have seen collaborative stagnation, an invisible barrier erected by conformist-bureaucratic radicals in a blatant attempt to protect not only themselves but their own interests. There is no inflation and with the repeal of this radical legislation, there never will be. The act claims it protects the party from malfeasance amongst the upper echelons, which is simply not true, the Embassy of City 8 and the Ministry of Civil Protection serve as the forefront to that endeavor. And to that end, we've done more for the party than this legislation's empty words.
We must return to an era of laissez-faire collaboration which recognizes that it is the party's responsibility to gauge the ascended, not before, but after the ascension of a collaborator. Shut down the bureaucracy, return to an era of efficiency. I strongly urge the council to strike down this ineffective law.
