Why are you reporting this user?:
1.) Powergaming
2.) No intention to seriously RP
3.) Lack of good faith
4.) Prior history w/ same subjects
Cezzy or 'SomePerson' has on numerous occasions failed to properly roleplay up to standards befitting of Willard and its rules. He had admitted he doesn't take the RP seriously, and his goal on week-old characters is simply to kill CPs, OTA, and HVTs. Today alone he has: taken it upon himself to shoot Agatha Doe (A very well-built character over a course of many months) simply because of her tier AND powergamed killing an OTA to steal their loot and run off with it. In the past he has also been met with a similar situation in which he attacked @Wraygun on his Civil Protection character without any /me's and proceeded to boast about it, then get warned for grabbing his loot.
This user (I refuse to call him a player) has done this multiple times in the past. Create a new character, bait CPs somewhere, attack with incredibly low quality RP. Cezzy does a copy/paste /me, shoots you, then runs away and posts a clip to discord. The character that killed Agatha Doe had only existed for 10 days, which leaves hardly any room for them to have interacted. It is clear his entire goal is 'Kill people because it's funny'. They have also powergamed during an RP scenario in which they stole a corpse from a rebel which lead to them being PKed (which was then appealed)
