I do not have his steam name but his character was "Bartholomew Grajek" Well first I saw them in the labs running around with what seemed a medical shirt. They also did not have an armband on, I then asked for their name and saw that they were not in the CMRU roster at all. Added onto this is that they seem to have disposed of the shirt and were acting generally oblivious to the facts of the server. Like don't not wear an armband, don't just /me a shirt because it is a script not a RP thing. I believe he was also the one a few days back stealing a stretcher from medical personnel after a shooting and had a medical shirt on. He could also not open the clinic back door with his card so it also brings suspicion of how he would either A. RP do it, like if he was doing this all IC or B. if he somehow just rouged by breaking in or did something that could be abusing his powers. I did ask if they could show proof they did not have it or tell me that staff would show me that. I did this so I could hopefully void having to ask all this.
Also to add on their char seems to be one that was transferred at least IC by sam, the dean, straight into CMRU

More structured reasons and explanation:​

At around sometime 6:30 PM - 7:00 PM EST, 1/24/2024, I spotted sevens' char running around with a medic shirt*1 (these "*1" will be addressed later, I put these here to have ease of reading and a way to show where stuff is). I then saw they had no armband on and after they ran back into a lab room I asked them their name while informing others of this development over radio. I then checked and saw he was not on the roster and then proceeded to report him to the CPs. A bit later after the CP dealt with someone outside they moved in. His char denied the action of having the shirt and after I searched for it in the labs except omega labs, I returned and told them OOCly that unless he did not do a /me or infact did not have a shirt he must have destroyed it with meta/LRP means. After this he responded to me asking me not to lie in LOOC, a bit later after some back and forth we went to the clinic to see the shirt he said he had put there. When in the back room he proceeded to do a /me showing the shirt*2. I then responded a bit in LOOC about it and later we tested his card showing it does not work on that lock. Now unless he did a rouge or ran in and out when it was open for some reason he could have not gotten the shirt via IC or at the least LRP means. Later we finished up and I talked about this to neonity and they said to put it into a report to investigate it.

*1: Now I could have just seen what I saw in a flurry and maybe have seen it incorrectly but with the addition of him most likely being the new CMRU that was stealing stretchers and running around with a medic shirt, and that the other CMRU with me confirmed that he saw him before with it on via IC talk it seems to be most likely true. I did also ask him if he wanted to, to send me logs showing he did in fact not have it on or have him tell me that staff would inform me it was false but he declined.

*2: I believe this to be not proper for the situation as this shows either A. he did not want to just take out the medic shirt of it showing logs or B. that he was trying to make stuff up as he went using purely IC actions for something that is a script thus being LRP by trying to shift it from a script to IC.

Hello Michigan Ford,

I am Sevens, a trial Administrator from Willard. I have been in the community for several months, becoming faction lead of the Civil Workers Union faction, a lore writer, and many other things within the community.

I am unsure of why this report was made, I am familiar with the issue which had occurred today (24/1/2024) where you accused me of utilizing my permissions, as an admin, to 'hide a shirt' but quite frankly I was playing my character and did not give into the LOOC messages asking me to "turn myself in" and that I was "not real staff.". I prioritize roleplay setting, both as a game master and community member, I did not pursue LOOC conversation as the matter was an in character issue.

I saw, and still see, this issue and an In Character matter, seemingly because
A) No staff permissions were utilized,
B) No faction permissions were violated
C) The player granting my character access to the faction was/is a faction representative (@Dog)
D) Lying in character/actions done by my character were within good faith.

This report does not concern the IC actions of having the shirt or how you would have ICly gotten rid of it. This is concerning the fact that without logs and other proof that you did not have it or that you disposed of it fairly and ICly, this is very suspect. This report is so that in case they did do something bad they don't just squeak by because I did not think it would be worth investigating.

I will reword my statement. I did not utilize admin permissions, in any situation involving your characters nor did I abuse the faction whitelist granted to me by Dog. I would provide logs myself but there is no logs as I did not misuse admin permissions during this situation or ever.

The logs just need to show what you were doing at that time between me entering and you in your room with the lab coat on. Not showing logs at all does nothing.

Note: These logs show EVERYTHING I did on server and would include admin actions of if I deleted a 'Medical Shirt', as you can see through this whole encounter there isn't a single instance of me even using my admin permissions

Considering the logs have been provided and there was not a single admin command used throughout the entire confrontation, it's safe to say there was no case of admin abuse present here, as that would've not even been possible in the first place.
