Why?:
Voiding FearRP and completely ignoring my attempt to initiate /me roleplaying commands
Detailed description of the incident:
I had approached the two officers and began initiating a /me command to direct the course of the action. Neither of the officers were facing me at the time of the initiation and my approach / Neither of them had their weapons ready or equipped / They began to move away, even though they could clearly see me performing an action. / Unlashed fire after equipping, drawing and reloading the guns while still being held at gun point and started to fire at me.

What do you think went wrong here?:

• In a scenario like this, they were supposed to acknowledge my performed action and wait for me to finish.​

• Completely voided and disregarded FearRP by taking the time to equip / reload / draw their weapons all while being held at gun point.

Hello @Smauffle , Thank you for making this complaint.

During this scenario I was the Civil Protection unit present during the engagement (JURY-72) and the second to deliver damage after @Wraygun engaged your character. During the duration of this encounter your character came from behind to both the Civil Protection Units with a junk weapon, as they turned around there was no /me action or typing, in fact it was treated as a S2K Scenario as per rules state.

2.0 - SHOOT 2 KILL & SHOOT 2 ROLEPLAY Information-- This server uses S2K as a default for all gunfights.

After your character was succesfully downed by me and Wraygun it was picked up and we were immediately served with OOC Stalling and behavioral immaturity, putting false claims in which you were supposedly typing a /me and we broke FearRP (Thinking that it works the same as DarkRP servers), which is not true at all as we waited a good couple seconds before shooting, I also typed a message in chat, noting the rules:

Behavioural Maturity - We expect a level of maturity from all our members who take part in the Community. This means that everyone should be respectful of other players and not go out of their way to flame, instigate drama or spam. Other disrespectful and antisocial behaviours and/or actions fall under this. A friendly and cooperative atmosphere is what we strive for.

§1 General Ruleset-- Do not intentionally go AFK, disconnect, or intentionally stall during a roleplay situation.

However I decided to carry on with the roleplay and accomodate you to the forums even after your extremely toxic behavior, deciding to not even give the appropriate punishment, I was VERY lenient.

FINAL NOTE: The Checkcrime wasn't met, however you decided to charge two Officers with a weapon | It shows on your own evidence that you did indeed not do any /mes

So last time you were shot, you complained to other admins that you were wronged, because we they did not RP with you and performed in a S2K manner, now you pull a full 180 and contradict yourself AGAIN, genuinely it's sad and disappointed to see that such positions are handed out to people who are not competent in their approach. This is the second time today you void the rules, when you are the one to make sure they are maintained. And then calling me immature for attempting to resolve this matter is also very unprofessional. Sad to see that this community has admins like that. I've seen a lot of great staff members and any encounter with you just turns things sour.

------ Mugging a CP by yourself is counted as Petty Crime. Using lethal force escalates it to a General Crime.

This was also the second time you've voided FearRP and had several other people complain and the issue was corrected when another competent member stepped in and corrected your mistakes.

I feel like talking to a wall, wasn't stalling first of all, was waiting till we could resume RP because I was still bleeding out, secondly I did not complain about my attempt to break loose being invalid either. Third the RP scenario with Cengiz was valid, there were enough CP's online at that time hence the amends were made. And finally stop putting words in my mouth, makes you look even more incompetent, I don't understand how someone like you can even run for staff.

I think a step in the right direction for you would be to simply admit when you are wrong, because you won't learn otherwise.

And it's your job to reply, if you don't then don't take up the spot and let someone else do it I am sure there are many who could do the job.

I don't reaaally see the rule break here. You weren't typing a /me at the time, or even attempting to go into S2RP. The CPs are able to just raise their gun and shoot in retaliation, given the introduction of automatic /mes. Do you notice how, in the video, that they waited for a few seconds to see if you were going to try and emote, but you didn't?

Also given that this gunfight is 2:1, and that the CPs are wearing body armor, and they are much better equipped than you, I don't really think this requires forced fear RP.
