Why do you want them to be banned?:
I believe that these individuals (some more than others) committed multiple heinous violations of the rules that I personally feel are unacceptable and detrimental to the overall wellbeing and seriousness of the server. Throughout the situation I describe below, I made an effort to appear as a new player/roleplayer so as to not get special treatment (which was proven to be the right move considering they had a mood change after realizing who I was) and while I was not negatively affected, I do feel that a more unknowing or naive player could have fallen for their tricks and been a victim without even knowing. Explicit elaboration on what happened is documented below and in detail.
How long do you think they should be banned for?:
I recognize that these are mostly active players (which is why this behavior concerns me so much) and as such I truly do not know. The times I have been an administrator on previous servers, I've never enjoyed giving out bans but do understand they are necessary to prevent future malicious behavior. I trust the administrators reviewing the ban to determine a sufficient verdict that will ensure these players understand this behavior is not tolerated, and that it should not happen again.
Evidence to support your reasoning (Evidence must be clear and it could be logs, pictures or video):
I collected all of the logs during the 3-4 hour incident that occurred and documented multiple rulebreaks. I'll run through the particular offenses committed in semi-chronological order after providing a brief rundown of the incident.
Summary of events (paragraphs 1-5 are completely IC and as such I have no issue with the events described in them):
- Earlier that day, my character, Sleiter Bormann Shimmler, who I enjoy playing as a weirdo/troublemaker, decides to have some fun messing with the CMU staff. I walk in and ask if they provide cocaine or heroin, and after they tell me no I decide to leave. I believe that the woman who I asked was RabitHunter’s character but I am not sure. I also believe that mrjustin412’s character was in earshot range, but I again can not confirm this.
- Later that day (few hours afterwards) I come back into the CMU and speak to mrjustin412’s character. I ask him if the CMU serves as a sperm bank, which offends him and results in him asking me to leave, which I do.
- Later that night (again, probably a few hours) there are few people on the server, but I notice some commotion in the CMU so I go inside. A unit is inside talking to the staff, and I believe there is another individual talking with the staff. I make a few interjections in their conversations to provoke them, and after the unit leaves mrjustin412’s character tells me to get out of the CMU. I comply, but he follows me into the RDT, then to the second floor of the RDT, eventually into the apartment building that is connected to the RDT, all while telling me that I’m still too close to the CMU or something.
- This is the point where I started collecting logs. At this point I believe I tabbed out of the game, tabbed back in, walked to the 2nd floor balcony of the RDT, and tabbed back out. After tabbing back in, mrjustin412’s character tells me that he already told me to get out and, because I am not complying, he needs my name and CID. This starts a back and forth argument that consists of me telling him that he doesn’t have the authority to kick me out of a public space (second floor of RDT), and I eventually ask him to show me some ID, which he says is in the CMU and that I should follow him. I would like to note that a /it was done by one of them indicating that multiple hours had passed (shown in bold).
- Once I enter the CMU, he closes the door, effectively trapping me inside. The back and forth continues, until eventually RabitHunter’s character collects an IC syringe of anesthetic and attempts to get me to inject it so they can presumably knock me out and search me. I believe this ensues for about thirty minutes. I eventually convince them to give me the syringe which I then use to my advantage, saying that I’ll report them to the Civil Protection that they tried to inject me with drugs and lock me in. They eventually exit the reception desk, which is where the real fun begins.
- This is the point where I believe that IC and OOC actions involve rulebreaks. Assuming that they are simply trying to recollect the syringe and not actually physically assault my character, I play along. They then start doing /me’s that indicate an attempt to tackle my character, and when I tell them that I do not consent to doing /rolls to determine the outcome, they become very aggressive, telling me that they’ll get an admin to ban me if I don’t and that I absolutely must go along with the roll. After Cheese and VinylStorm join, this escalates into me being called a retard, minge, Impulse player, Landis player, schizo, and absolute dumbass, and they all decide that my actions constitute a permanent ban. RabitHunter then decides that the entire situation should be voided. I will go more into detail of what I find wrong about this below.
From this, I believe there were multiple rules that were violated:

- This is the point where I believe that IC and OOC actions involve rulebreaks. Assuming that they are simply trying to recollect the syringe and not actually physically assault my character, I play along. They then start doing /me’s that indicate an attempt to tackle my character, and when I tell them that I do not consent to doing /rolls to determine the outcome, they become very aggressive, telling me that they’ll get an admin to ban me if I don’t and that I absolutely must go along with the roll. After Cheese and VinylStorm join, this escalates into me being called a retard, minge, Impulse player, Landis player, schizo, and absolute dumbass, and they all decide that my actions constitute a permanent ban. RabitHunter then decides that the entire situation should be voided. I will go more into detail of what I find wrong about this below.
